This recall involves five models of children's projector flashlights: Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers and ESPN. They have a key chain on one end and a flashlight projector on the other end. The model name is imprinted on the middle of the flashlight. The flashlights are red, dark blue or light blue. They measure 3 inches long and .5 inches in diameter. The recalled flashlights were part of a Disney-branded care package that also includes a tote bag, silicone wristband, playing cards, ink pen, journal, wall decals and a set of postcards. There are four button cell batteries with model number LR41 inside the flashlight.
This recall involves the OBB-20 Olympic Dumbbell handles that can be used with any olympic-size weight plates in any configuration and allows users to perform various dumbbell exercises. The Olympic Dumbbell handles are chrome in color and finish, and each dumbbell handle comes with two locking collars in black.
This recall involves evaporator coil drain pans paired with residential condensing gas furnaces that are installed in a vertical, or "up-flow," configuration. Furnaces in this configuration that were installed or repaired with a new evaporator coil drain pan between January 2019 and November 2021 are affected by this recall. Only evaporator drain pans with serial numbers with prefixes ranging from 1901 through 2101 are covered by this recall. The evaporator coil, which sits atop the vertically installed furnace, will either be cased or uncased. The evaporator coil's serial number is displayed on a label attached to both cased and uncased models. For cased evaporator coils, the serial number is on the label attached to the coil case. For uncased units, the serial number is on a label attached to the front of the coil. It may be necessary to determine the brand and model number of your existing furnace in order to provide the correct repair kit. In most instances, the furnace brand and model number can be found on your furnace on the "Energy Guide" label. For all other instances, please refer to the instructions on Goodman's model verification tool at: www.recallrtr.com/drainpan The model number of the outdoor condenser your furnace is paired with may also be required. The model number can be found on a label attached to the outdoor condenser.
This recall involves RH's Lambeth floor and tabletop outdoor metal torches. The metal torches have a hexagonal or knurled canister, and a brass, iron, slate, or weathered bronze finish. The SKU is printed on a green sticker on the underside of the canister, and the SKU or UPC is located on the purchase receipt. This recall involves Hart 18-Gauge 2" Brad Nailers with model numbers HPNR01, HPNR01B, HPNR01B-SK, or HPNR01BNCA. The white, blue, and black handheld tool has the name "HART" on the side of the nailer in white type on a black background and has "18ga BRAD NAILER" on the side of the nail tray/magazine in white type on a blue background. The model numbers are located on the side of the nail tray/magazine where the nails are loaded.
This recall involves the Elektron Power Handle BP-1, a portable power source for Elektron music synthesizers and music effects devices. The metal and plastic power handles measure about 11 inches wide, 3 inches deep and 1 inch high. They were sold with a connection cable and a screw. Recalled power handles have a serial number beginning with 4250A located on the inside edge of the battery compartment. UPC code 7350049242057 and Made in Sweden can be found on the back of the product packaging.
The recall involves the 5.11 Tactec Plate Carrier, style number 56100. "5.11" is molded onto a rubber label on the front of the carriers at the bottom left. The style number is printed on a tag in the inside seam of the front pocket. The plate carriers are used by consumers, law enforcement professionals and first responders in combination with ballistic plates. The plate carriers can also be used for outdoor fitness and weight training and can hold weighted non-ballistic plates. The chest is brown and measures 54 inches tall, 40 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. The date codes are printed in MMYY (month and year) format, and recalled units have date codes between AG09 and AG15, representing August 2009 and August 2015.
