This recall involves Target's Room Essentials Shower Stools. The white shower stools measure 18 inches tall and have a three-legged aluminum frame and a plastic curved seat. The Room Essentials logo and item number 064-20-1091 are printed on the front of the product's hangtag.
This recall involves Backyard Discovery Big Brutus, Little Brutus and Mini Brutus metal swing sets with the following manufacture codes: 03/2019-O, 02/2020-T, 03/2020-T, 04/2020-T, 05/2020-O, and 07/2020-O; and manufacture dates March 2019 through July 2020. The swing sets have a green top tube with white legs and green cross braces. The manufacture code and manufacture date are located on the label on the leg of the swing set.
This recall involves Kidde TruSense Smoke Alarms and Combination Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarms. This recall involves the Pickens Flip Up Towel Grab Bar, which has a straight bar designed for hanging towels and a curved grab bar designed for bodily support. The towel bar can be folded up vertically when not in use. The product was sold in brushed stainless steel and polished stainless steel finishes. SKU number 920115 is printed on the product purchase receipts and email order confirmations.
This recall involves the Peloton Tread+ treadmill with model number TR01. It has a running deck space of 67 inches, a 32-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen and a slatted belt. The treadmill was launched as the Peloton Tread in 2018 but renamed Tread+ in September 2020. The Tread+ model number TR01 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread that is also subject to a voluntary recall in cooperation with the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because the console on the Tread can detach and fall, posing a risk of injury to consumers.
This recall involves Peloton Tread treadmills with model TR02.The recalled Tread has a running space of 59 inches, a 23.8-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen console and a non-slatted running belt. The model number TR02 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread+ that was also recalled by the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because children, pets, and objects can be pulled underneath the Tread+ deck, posing a risk of injury or death.
This recall involves all WAYNE WaterBUG GLOW model WWB Glow 1/6 HP Multi-Use Pump units with SKU number 57732-WYN1. The SKU number is printed on the yellow spec decal on the side of the pump. The model number is printed on the warranty tag attached to the power cord. The pump is a residential submersible water removal pump with an automatic shut-off feature. When the pump is running, the plug glows green and when it shuts off, the plug glows red. The pump has a black strap for carrying and placing the pump where it is needed. This recall only includes the WaterBUG GLOW model.
This recall involves counter-height bar stools sold under the Sauder and Aliesha-May brands. The stools have powder-coated steel legs and cross braces and a backless rectangular oak-finished composite seat. The stools measure 23.5 inches high by 14.5 inches wide and 12.25 inches deep. The stools were manufactured between September 2019 and August 2020. A label with the manufacturing date code in the MM/YYYY format (09/2019 through 08/2020) is located on the bottom surface of the seat. The stools were sold in sets of two.
The recall involves Model CR-04-13 Coffee Bean Roasters with a date code of 2520 or 3220 printed at the bottom right of the ETL Intertek label on the product and on the box. NESCO is printed in white on the black roasters.
This recall involves Swix branded winter jackets with a drawstring in the hood and a drawstring in the waist. They were sold under the name Focus Down Jacket Jr., item number 13162. The jackets were sold in three colors; black, navy and red. They were sold in four European format junior sizes; 128 (8-10yrs), 140 (10-12yrs), 152 (12-14yrs) and 164 (14-16yrs). The front of the jacket has light gray paneling on the upper chest, and the Swix brand logo is on the left chest. The down filled, winter jacket was designed and marketed to winter athletes for use in winter athletics, such as Nordic skiing. The item number can be found on the hang tag.

This recall involves all PIEPS DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are worn by skiers so they can be located if they are buried in an avalanche. The units were sold in one size with an LCD display, a slider switch with Off/Search/Send, and are powered by a battery. The devices have a green/yellow, black/yellow, or clear/yellow exterior. The transceivers come with a black neoprene carrying case. The manufacturer's name, PIEPS, is printed in black letters on the front of the unit with the model name DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport. The recall includes PIEPS DSP Sport Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1128040000ALL1; PIEPS DSP Pro Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. This recall involves GEO Wintergreen Organic Essential Oil and GEO Alleviate Organic Essential Oil Blend in amber glass bottles with black caps. The Wintergreen oil was sold in a 5 mL bottle and the Alleviate oil in a 15 mL bottle. The bottle's label displays the GEO logo, product name and the volume amount of the bottle. SKU 990181 can be found on the label above and to the left of the bar code of the Wintergreen essential oil and SKU 990305 on the label above and to the left of the bar code of the Alleviate essential oil.

The cylinders can be identified by serial numbers 000001 through 002800, stamped on the unit's collar. UPC 850015730016 and SKU YSN100HOG are printed on the box. There is a sticker on the cylinders with a warning not to fill unless the unit is standing up.
