This recall involves Elan Shayla Mini Pendant Lights Models 83162, 83163, and 83164. They are chrome multi-light modern/contemporary clear glass cylinder pendant lights with one, three or nine pendant lights. The recalled chrome and clear glass multi-light fixtures each have their model numbers and date codes printed on stickers located on the inside of the ceiling canopy and on the product packaging. The product date codes are comprised of a 2-digit month and 2-digit year, for example 0513 (May 2013) through 0514 (May 2014).
This recall involves QuickStand Lite height adjustable workstations for single or double computer monitor screens. The workstations have a keyboard platform and an adjustable arm. The workstations measure about 19.5 inches high and about 25.6 inches wide. The workstations were sold in black and white with gray trim.
This recall involves the DIANA Stormrider Gen 2 Air Rifle with 2-stage adjustable trigger. The recalled products are .177 and .22 caliber, pre-charged pneumatic air rifles that are powered by a compressed air cylinder. "DIANA Stormrider" as well as the caliber and serial number are printed on each affected air rifle. This recall involves mowing head cutting attachments compatible with some models of STIHL-brand trimmers, brushcutters, and clearing saws. The mowing heads can be identified by the name "STIHL" and model number "27-3" or "47-3" located on the original packaging and molded on the top side of the mowing head. The mowing heads have three orange plastic blades, each attached with a bolt and a nut, a black top housing, and a white bottom housing.
This recall involves John Deere's Frontier-branded grooming mowers for use with compact utility tractors. "Frontier" and model FM3012, GM1060, GM1072, GM1084, GM1190, GM3060 or GM3072 are printed on the mower. They were sold in black, dark gray, light gray, green and white, and in XS, S, M, L and XL sizes. The robes could be monogrammed. Made in Turkey, 100% cotton RN number 104581 and CA number 55697 are printed on the robe's sewn-in side label.
This recall involves Lively Mobile Plus model GCR4 emergency alert devices manufactured between January and April 2019. The recalled devices are silver and black and have "GreatCall" printed near the top of the front of the device. The model number GCR4 is printed on the back and the date code 19.01 or 19.03 is printed on the bar code label of the device. The device is worn on a magnetic lanyard around a consumer's neck for fall detection or clips onto a consumer's purse, belt, or pocket, and is used to communicate in an emergency or for other assistance.

They were sold under the SIMOND brand in yellow (item number 1760147) and blue (item number 1759997). The brand name is engraved on the side of the product. The item number was printed on the carboard that was attached to the product. Carabiners are typically used by climbers as connectors or as extenders to anchor a climber.

The wooden recalled walkers stand about 17 inches high on four wheels and include a variety of integrated child development activities on their face. The SKU Number 124-248 can be found on a white 1-square-inch sticker on the bottom of the walkers.
