The model and serial numbers are located on the data plate found either on the side of the nail tray/magazine where the fasteners are loaded or on the bottom of the nailer where you insert the battery. Only nailers without either a black ink mark or a punched hole next to the serial number on the data plate are included in the recall. Date code markings are located on the end of the hose that attaches to the spigot, visible when the black rubber washer is removed. Hoses with no markings or a marking ending in -211, -212, -213, -214, -221, -222, -223, -224, -231, -232, -233, -234, -241, -242 or -243 are included in this recall. On some hose packages, the manufacture date is listed in the month-year format. For example, 0824 is August 2024 and is included in this recall. The diffusers measure about 4 inches wide and 4 inches long. The serial number is located on the rear label above the metal prongs. The affected diffusers have the following serial number ranges: JX230000001 to JX230801425 and JX240000001 to JX240049959.
