Toy and children's product recalls for choking hazards, lead paint, and other safety issues. Check if your child's toys are affected.
The Step2 ® Sand & Water Transportation Station is a standalone play station for children ages two and up. The toy station consists of: a round blue plastic table, including train tracks, train cars in blue, red and yellow, toy sailboats and a hand rake/shovel. A red Step2 logo decal is on the side of the table. Train cars with gray wheels are not included in this recall.
This recall involves wooden magnetic maze boards. The wooden boards have a clear plastic sheet that covers small wooden or plastic pieces located inside a maze. A plastic wand containing a magnet in its tip is attached to the board by a cord. The wand is used to move items inside the maze. The top of the board reads: "Who's Hiding in the Garden?," "Who's Hiding in the Ocean?," "Magnetic Counting Maze," "Magnetic Alphabet Board" or "My Community Magnetic Board."
This recall involves a wooden toy rattle with light brown stain, eight wooden dowels and a gold-colored metal rattle inside. The toy rattle is circular in shape, measuring 2 3/4 inches by 2 inches.
This recall involves the Little People Play 'n Go Campsite. The seven-piece plastic play set includes Sonya Lee, a tent and other accessories. Product number R6935 is printed on the toy's packaging. The name Sonya Lee is printed on the underside of the figure. Only Sonya Lee figures that bend at the waist, have a green sweater and purple camera around the neck are included in this recall. No other Sonya Lee figure is affected. The remaining pieces of the Little People Play 'n Go Campsite are not affected.
This recall involves 19 different styles of children's metal necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Styles and shapes of the jewelry include hearts, heart locks, butterflies, cupcakes, peace signs and crowns. Some jewelry contains the words "Best," "Friends" or "Forever" and/or "BFF." Only style numbers listed below are included in this recall. The style number is included on the jewelry's packaging. This recall involves children's coin purses with rainbow stripes and children's earrings and necklaces that have blue, pink, red, white and yellow colored droplets. "THE COIN PURSE" and "Mobile case COIN PUASE" are printed on the tag attached to the purse. "Colorful Drop Accessory Bracelet" is printed on the front of the necklace packages and "Colorful Drop Accessory Pierce" is printed on the front of the earring packages. The tag and packaging have "Produced for Daiso Japan" on either the front or back.
This recall involves "Happy" charm bracelets and football rings. The "Happy" charm bracelet is comprised of colorful beads on a small elastic band to which a metal charm in the shape of a butterfly, moon or sun is attached. The football ring is a small adjustable metal band to which a football charm (made of metal) is attached.
This recall involves the Wilton® Youth Tiara with a SKU number of 120-228. The SKU number is located on the back of the package in the lower right corner. The tiara is silver-colored with clear crystals.
This recall involves the Beado hand-held beaded play toy with model number 1501 and date code 02910 04323A. The product measures six inches in diameter and is composed of four blue plastic "hubs", six white plastic "wires" and twelve multi-colored beads that slide along the wires. The model number and date code are printed on the bottom of the packaging and the date code is also inside of the blue hubs (see picture). Beados that have a date code different than 02910 or have a date code of 02910 and an inspection sticker on the bottom of the packaging and a black mark by the date code inside the blue hub (see picture) are not included in this recall.
This recall involves Animal Crackers Giant Stacking Toys. The multi-colored toy has five plush stacking rings that stack and rest on a stationary turtle base. The rings represent different animals including a frog, dog, cat, rabbit, mouse and chick. A fish is on top of the center pole. Each ring makes a different sound: rattle, jingle, crinkle and squeak. "One Step Ahead" is printed on a white tag attached to the toy. The toy measures about 19 inches high and 10 inches wide when assembled.
This recall involves the Buckyballs® high powered magnets sets labeled "Ages 13+". The set contains 216 powerful rare earth magnets. It is intended to build unlimited shapes and patterns. Since March 2010, Buckyballs® high powered magnets sets were labeled "Keep Away From All Children" and are not being recalled.
This recall involves "Happy Kids" brand hooded sweatshirts sold as part of a set. The sweatshirt and pants sets were sold in pink, red, yellow and green, and in sizes 2T through 6X. "Happy Kids" is printed on the neck tag inside the sweatshirts.
The "Auto Fire" toy target set is sold with either an orange and yellow toy gun (item #P238) or a blue and yellow toy gun (item #9328), eight orange darts and a small target with numbers from 1 to 20. The gun's item number is located on one side of the handle in raised lettering. The soft plastic darts measure just over one inch in length and have a small suction cup at one end with a diameter of about 1/2 inch. The target board is black, yellow, red and green, and measures five inches in diameter. "Gordy Toy" for "Ages 8+" is printed on the packaging.
This recall involves the Sandy the Squirrel plush toy, which measures approximately 1 foot high by 4.5 inches wide. It is a brown and tan plush toy with a purple skirt and bikini top. "Po #: 86849" and the production date of 01/2010 are printed on the toy's smaller white tag.
This recall involves all children's pullover and zippered hooded sweat shirts with drawstrings sold under the "Junk Food" brand name. These sweatshirts were sold in a variety of print designs and in children's sizes small, medium, large and extra-large. The "Junk Food" logo is sewn into the neck of the garment.
This recall involves long-sleeved children's kimono robes, lounge sets and slumber short sets. The garments were sold in sizes 0 (12months), 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. A yellow label at the inside neck reads "Roberta Roller Rabbit."
This recall involves hooded sweatshirts sold under the "Sweet Tart" brand name in three styles: G80072873C in navy with rhinestones in the shape of a star; G80072874M in pink with rhinestones in the shape of a peace sign; and G80072875F in gray with rhinestones in the shape of a heart. The sweatshirts were sold in children's sizes XS, S, M and L and the name "Sweet Tart" can be found on the neck label.
This recall involves three styles of children' hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings. The zippered sweatshirts were sold in sizes XS through 3XL. The HAY style sweatshirts were sold in black, navy, light gray, charcoal gray and pink. The HKK style sweatshirts were sold in black, navy, light blue, light gray, pink and red. The JMK sweatshirts are reversible microfiber with polar fleece lining and a removable hood with elastic or retractable drawstrings. Style JMK was sold in black only. The sweatshirts have sewn-in neck tag that reads "Gogo Sports" and city names printed across the front of the garment.
This recall involves children's hooded sweatshirts sold in sizes small through extra large. "John Moose" and "Alaska" screen print logos are printed on the front of the yellow sweatshirts. The "Gaxiani" brand name and RN# 55774 are sewn on the neck tag inside of the garment.
This recall involves children's Niko brand hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings through the hood. The garment-dyed sweatshirts were sold in mango, kiwi, rust, denim, pink, brown and periwinkle and in sizes 2T through 5T. A tag that reads, "Niko's SPORTSLINE" is sewn on the back neck of the garment.
