This recall only involves the 2005 model year R2.5 model bicycles and bicycle frames with serial numbers higher than R251700. The model numbers and serial numbers are printed on the bicycle frame tubes. The frames have clear coating over a carbon fiber with either red and white "Cervélo" decals on the down tube, seat tube and head tube, or blue and white decals in the same locations.
The recall involves Kawasaki MULE 3000 (KAF620-G), MULE 3010 4x4 (KAF620-E/H), MULE 3010 Trans4x4 (KAF620-J/K) and MULE 3010 Diesel Trans4x4 (KAF950-C) models. These are 4-wheel off-highway vehicles featuring side-by-side seating for two or four people, and automotive-style controls.

This recall involves all Segway PT i167, i170 and i180 ("i Series") models, the p133 ("p Series"), XT ("cross-terrain transporter"), GT ("golf transporter") and i2 models. These units were sold to consumers and commercial customers. All e167 ("e Series") models, which were sold to commercial users, also are included in this recall. No other models are involved in this recall. The name, "Segway", appears on the front bumper and/or on the handlebars of the personal transporter.
This recall involves F Forward Firestreet scooters. The red or blue aluminum scooters have a fold-down frame and model number BZ 020 SP. The "F Forward" logo is noted on the stem, wheel or base deck of the scooter.

The engine model number is located on the side of the motor and contained on a small sticker above the Generac nameplate. The top number on the small sticker is the model number (e.g., 220 or 410). The larger Generac nameplate contains the Engine Identification Number and Serial Number.

Only Suzuki 2006 model year LT-A400K6, LT-A400FK6 and LT-F400FK6 model ATVs with certain vehicle identification numbers are included in this recall. Refer to the VIN at www.suzukicycles.com. The vehicle identification number is located on the left rear side of the ATV frame. Eiger, printed in white letters, and QuadRunner and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. These ATVs were sold in red, black and green.
The headset is the component on a bicycle, which provides a interface that can rotate between the bicycle fork and the bicycle frame itself. The Conventional Headset is constructed of an anodized black alloy housing, stainless steel, and polymers. The Integrated Lite Headset is constructed of a black polymer housing and light weight alloys. The Integrated Headset weighs 29 grams; the Conventional Headset weighs 39 grams.
This recall involves all model year 2005 and 2006 Kinesis-made RXC bicycles. The frames on these bicycles are made with carbon fiber rear seat stays and are equipped with V-style brakes, and not equipped with disk brakes from the factory. Frames affected by this recall were shipped to dealers between October 2004 and April 2006.
Bombardier brand Model Year 2006 Outlander 650 and 800 ATVs and Some Can-Am brand Model Year 2007 Outlander 650 ATVs. Serial numbers are located on the front of the ATV on the identification decal. The ATVs were available in yellow, green, red, and camouflage.
The SW Carbon Stem with Magnesium Faceplate is black with the words "S-Works" and "Magnesium Faceplate" printed on it. The stems were included as original equipment on the following 2006 bicycles models: S-Works Tarmac, Tarmac Pro, S-Works Roubaix, Roubaix Pro, Allez Pro and S-Works Transition. It was also sold as an aftermarket item under the name S-Works Advanced Composite Mag Road Stem.
Only Suzuki 2006 model year LTR450K6 model Quad Racer ATVs with vehicle identification numbers ending with 00089 through 11626 are included in this recall. The vehicle identification number is located on the lower left side of the ATV frame. QuadRacer, printed in white letters, and R450 and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. These ATVs were sold in yellow or white.
The wheels have a black, abrasive exterior; a red circular label on the interior; and are used to clean, slot, nick and cut metal. The Prowler XT was produced in three colors: Green, Cat Green and Red. The vehicles have the words "Arctic Cat" printed on each side of the cargo box and the name "Prowler XT" centered on the front of the hood. The affected units are all 2006 Prowler XT vehicles with VIN range of 4UF06MPVO6T300001 through 4UF06MPV16T302369. The VIN is located on the rear upper-frame tube of the vehicle near the rear of the cargo box, and on the registration materials the consumer received at the time of purchase. Consumers need only refer to the last six digits of the VIN to determine if the vehicle is included in this recall. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The carrier is a seat for a child that is attached to the back of an adult bicycle. The carrier is gray plastic with a blue rubber back and seat pad, a gray head rest, and black straps. Model number SW571T is printed on the carrier's packaging and in the owner's manual. "PTI" is printed on a yellow warning sticker on the back of the carrier seat.
The recalled helmets are identified by the model name Anthem C Elite and Anthem C Elite WSD. A label inside the helmet identifies the helmet as "Trek Anthem C." The helmets are available in men's sizes in black/charcoal, blue/silver and blue/red, and in women's sizes in aqua blue/silver and white/silver. This recall includes all sizes of this helmet.
LandRoller skates have two oversized wheels on each skate that are angled inward, which is designed to help the user keep balanced on cracked pavement and uneven surfaces. The recalled LandRoller brand skates are the "Terra 9" model manufactured between July 2005 and December 2005. The date of manufacture can be determined from the serial number, which is written on a white sticker attached to the upper inside of the right boot's plastic ankle cuff. Serial numbers beginning with "L050" are included in the recall. The brand name is on the skate's tongue and model is on the skate's rear heel area. Women's skates are purple and gray and sold in sizes 6 through 11. Men's skates are blue and black and sold in sizes 5 through 12.
