The product is a non-motorized two-wheeled scooter with a folding hinge and an adjustable handlebar. The scooter platform is purple with a bright pink Bratz logo on the top surface. Scooters containing information identifying the product as Item No. 266563, with a date of manufacture prior to July 2004, and manufactured by Jurong Dumar Bicycle, Inc. are included in this recall. This identification information can be located either in the area directly beneath the scooter platform or at the bottom of the scooter near the rear wheel.
The recalled includes 2005 Arctic Cat 500 and 650 FIS, and 400 and 500 TBX model ATVs. The FIS models affected by this recall have the vehicle identification number (VIN) ranges of 4UF05ATV15T226237 through 4UF05ATV15T242874, and 4UF05ATV55T246510 through 4UF05ATV55T248189. The TBX models have VIN ranges of 4UF05ATV15T221345 through 4UF05ATV15T223967, and 4UF05ATVX5T251024 through 4UF05ATV55T251397. The VIN is located on the left rear frame tube of the vehicle near the upper shock mount. Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-A500F Vinson, Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-F500F Vinson, and Suzuki 2005 model year LT-A700X KingQuad ATVs. Suzuki Vinson and KingQuad ATVs are adult-size ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. These ATVs are available in yellow, green, red or camouflage and have the model name (Vinson or KingQuad) on the side of the fuel tank.
Model year 2005 Polaris "900 Fusion", "900 RMK", and "900 Switchback" snowmobiles with model numbers S05PL8DSD, S05PM8DS(A)(B), S05PN8DS, S05PS8DS, S05MP8DS(A)(B)(C), S05PL8DS(A)(B)(C) are part of this recall. The snowmobile model and serial number identification decal is located on the right front side of the tunnel. The serial number is permanently stamped into the tunnel and the model number is embossed on the decal.
The recalled Kawasaki ATVs include the Prairie™ KVF700-D1 4x4 model, which were manufactured between June 2004 and February 2005. The ATVs come in green and red and have the words "Kawasaki" and "Prairie" printed on each side of the vehicle's fuel tank.
The recall involves custom titanium bicycle frames for road bicycles manufactured and distributed by Roark. The bicycle frames have a "Titanium" sticker on the top tube and a "Roark" sticker on the down tube. Every bicycle frame is built to the unique specification of each customer and has serial number and manufactured date located on the bottom bracket. Bicycle frames affected have serial numbers 001 through 422.
The recall involves Lee Chi model 1-X bicycle suspension seat posts. The seat post was manufactured by a component manufacturer for Cannondale and installed on various 2005 model year Cannondale brand bicycles. These seat posts have a natural anodized aluminum finish, a 1-X logo is laser etched on the outer tube, and a black, yellow and red instruction booklet with the 1-X logo is attached. Lee Chi is also known as Promax, but the seat posts are not marked with either name. Specific Cannondale bicycle models with affected seat posts are listed in the table below. This recall involves aftermarket Shimano 1.6 mm X 1,700 mm brake inner cables for ATB and road racing bicycles. Dual ended brake cables packaged in quantities of ten have a part number of Y80098400/Z80098400. Individual packages have a part number of Y80098110/Z80098110. All single ended brake cables were packaged individually with part number Y80098300/Z80098300. Brake cables installed on mountain, BMX and flat handlebar bicycles are not affected by this recall.
The recall involves Selle Royal/fi'zi:k [cp] pavé bicycle seat part number 7403SXS 03 9072 with a manufacture date of 10/03. The bicycle seat is an original equipment (OEM) seat installed on 2004 model year Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI) brand Novara Express bicycles. The bicycle seat has a clear plastic base with "fi'zi:k", "made in Italy" and a date code dial printed on the base.
The Ridgid® 16-gallon 2-in-1 Blower Vac, Model WD16650, has light gray drums with orange lids, gray power heads, and black wheels. The recalled units have the model number and a serial number from 04104C through 04114C located on a label on the side of the power head. "Ridgid® 2 in 1 Blower Vac" is written on the front of the units.
The recall involves the Adams Trail-A-Bike or Adams Slipstream sold under the following models: Starter, Folder, Shifter, Shocker, Ultimate Tandem, Deluxe Folder, Me 2 and Original. "Trail-A-Bike" or "Slipstream" is printed on the top tube of the bicycle attachment and "Adams" is printed on the chain guard. The product resembles a children's bicycle without a front wheel and has an elongated top tube that stretches to attach to the seat post of an adult bicycle, creating a tandem. The product was sold for use by children ages 4 to 7.
The recalled Kawasaki motorcycles are 2005 model KLX110 off-highway "minicycles." They are small-sized motorcycles intended for use by minors and adults. They are green in color, and have "Kawasaki" and "KLX110" identification on the sides of the fuel tank.
Suzuki model DR-Z110K5 is a small motorcycle designed for a rider weighing less than 121 pounds. Suzuki dealers sold these ATVs nationwide between July 2004 and early November 2004. They are yellow in color with red stripe on the side of the fuel tank with a large "S", the Suzuki logo.
Suzuki 2004 and 2005 models Eiger ATVs - LT-A400K4, LT-A400FK4, LT-F400K4, LT-F400FK4, Vinson ATVs- KT-A500FK4, LT-F500FK4, Eiger ATVs - LT-A500FK5, LT-F500FK5 are all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) that are designed for use by riders age 16 and older.
The RTV900 Utility Vehicles are four-wheel, off-road vehicles with cargo boxes. They are designed for two people to sit side by side. "RTV900" appears on the side of the front hood. The serial number range for the affected vehicles is 10001 through 25883.

The replacement smaller wheels will state "made in Canada," and are not affected by this recall.

The recall involves 2005 Manitou Nixon, Stance, and Sherman bicycle suspension forks installed on various high-end mountain bicycles. The Manitou bicycle suspension forks have the model names printed on the sides of the lower leg portions of the fork. The recall involves 2004 and 2005 models of black handlebar bags. They are the quick-release-type bag, with a support and sleeve to secure it to the bicycle. The "Crossroads" model number is BHB322 and the "Perimeter" model number is BHB320, which can be found on the packaging. The model name and number is not written on the product. The Cannondale logo is on the front of the bags. Only bags with the pattern of reflective material and logo shown below are included in the recall. Older bags that have an American flag sewn into an outer seam or have a "Cannondale Made in USA" tag on an inner seam are not included in the recall.
The recall involves carbon fiber/aluminum forks included with the Salsa model F-01 Campeon frame set in either White/Black or Red/Black color combinations. Units included in this recall have a code of CK, DA, or DB and a serial number from 03400 to 04600. The model number, date code and serial number are located on a label at the base of the steerer tube near the crown of the fork.
