Reason for Recall
As stated by CPSC
The Coconut Bamboo Torch was item No. 34/483. The 54" outdoor luau torch, consists of a hollowed-out coconut shell atop a bamboo pole. The lamps were shipped in cardboard boxes on which the code, type of lamp, and "Made in Philippines" is written.
Reported concern (CPSC)
When the torch container is filled with oil, the oil may spill and burn a consumer if the torch is used improperly, moved or jostled during use.
