As stated by NHTSA
Emerson Process Management Regulator Technologies, Inc. (Emerson) is recalling certain Fisher-branded H732 and H832 pressure relief valves, manufactured January 2003, through January 2013, used in cargo tank trailers. The stem of the valve may break, resulting in separation. This may result in the valve being ejected and pressurized gas being released into the atmosphere.
