Recommended Action
Per NHTSA guidance
Pierce will notify owners, and dealers will inspect for the presence of cracks and/or evidence of corrosion. If no cracks or corrosion is found, the tube will receive a treatment to prevent rust corrosion. If cracks or corrosion is present, the upper mid section of the device will be replaced.
