As stated by NHTSA
Wells Vehicle Electronics, L.P. (Wells) is recalling certain Brake Light switches, sold as Airtex part number 1S5010, Advantech part number 5T9, Duralast part number CR4854, Valucraft part number CR4854VC, Carquest ECC "Blue" part number 53-54425, and Carquest Rig "Red" part number 58220, manufactured April 2, 2015, to September 18, 2015. The affected brake light switches may not illuminate the brake lights, or disengage the cruise control.
