Listeria monocytogenes. The firm was notified by their supplier that the product is contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Listeria monocytogenes. During routine testing the firm received positive test results of Listeria monocytogenes on their finished product.
Product has a misbranded Yellow Color. Identified on label at Artificial Yellow Color , and it should be identified as FD&C Yellow #5
