This recall involves Williams Advanced Materials & Chemicals sodium hydroxide, heptane, and naphtha. The sodium hydroxide, also called lye or caustic soda, was sold in either a jar with a continuous thread cap or resealable silver bag available in one-pound, two-pound and five-pound sizes. The naphtha was sold in a metal can in one-half gallon and gallon sizes. The heptane was sold in a metal can in quart, one-half gallon and gallon sizes. The WAM&C logo and the product name are printed on a white label at the front of the product.
This recall involves Pro Supply Outlet sodium and potassium hydroxide products sold in two-pound rigid white plastic jars with continuous thread caps. The front of the label bears the PSO logo, the product name, SKU 7023 and UPC 078345004533 for the sodium hydroxide and SKU 7132 and UPC 078345004625 for the potassium hydroxide.
This recall involves multiple styles of metal folding chairs and barstools with padded seats upholstered in vinyl or microfiber and sold under the Mainstay brand name. A white sticker label on the bottom of the seats includes the name Cheyenne Products or Cheyenne Industries and lists the production date by month and year. Another white sticker label on the bottom of the seat displays a barcode with the model number printed above the barcode, and the UPC printed below the barcode. This recall involves sodium hydroxide drain cleaner sold in a 2-pound white plastic bottle with a continuous thread closure cap. Alliance Chemical, Sodium Hydroxide Flakes, Pure Lye, Caustic Soda, NaOH, and Drain Cleaner are printed on the blue and white label. The second recalled product involves sodium hydroxide sold in a 5-pound clear bag with a white and black label that states Sodium Hydroxide Flake and Caustic Soda Flake.
This recall involves model year 2021 and 2022 Ski-Doo Backcountry, Expedition, MXZ, Renegade, Skandic and Tundra snowmobiles equipped with a 600 EFI engine. The vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right-hand side of tunnel. This recall involves The Lye Guy sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide products sold in 32 oz plastic jars with a white continuous thread closure. The Lye Guy logo and the product name are printed on a white label at the front of the jar.
CGMP Deviations: lots and products of hand sanitizer are being recalled because they were manufactured under the same conditions as the product lot found to contain methanol.

Chemical Contamination: FDA analysis found 3 lots of DiBAR hand Sanitizer to be below the label claim for ethanol content and to contain methanol.
This recall involves outdoor wooden folding chairs with armrests, in an oil stain finish, some of which were labeled with "Nautica" on the hang tag. The chairs measure about 22.5 inches long, 21 inches wide and 35 inches tall. The chair back has 8 slats and the seat has 7 slats. The chair may be stamped "MADE IN VIETNAM."
Foreign material in product (plastic)
This recall involves Modernist Pantry Kitchen Alchemy bags of sodium hydroxide. The product was sold in 50 grams and 400 grams black and orange resealable bags and marketed for food preparation use. The Modernist Pantry logo and a female cook appear on the front of the bag. Kitchen Alchemy, Sodium Hydroxide, pH Buffering and the product weight are printed on the label.
Chemical contamination: product found to be contaminated with methanol (wood alcohol), benzene and acetaldehyde.
