Presence of Undeclared Sulfites
Product in principal display panel identified as Octopus and real content is squid.
This recall involves Look Cycle Aerostems sold either as an after-market component or installed as original equipment on Look Cycle model 695 and 795 road bikes for model years 2014 through 2017. The Look Aerostems are made of black carbon fiber material with a black steel clamp around the handlebars. Recalled models have either no number or the number 380706 printed in white on the bottom of the clamp. This recall involves Amphenol UTX PV model connectors sold with solar panels. The electrical connectors are used to connect various types of photovoltaic solar panels to the electrical connection system. The connectors have a black plastic exterior with "Amphenol" and "UTX PV" stamped on the end. They consist of a male pin on one end and a female socket on the other end.
Marketed without an Approved NDA/ANDA; FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with human chorionic gonadotropin, rendering it an unapproved drug

The recall involves metal swivel connectors installed between the nozzle and hose of gas station pumps that dispense refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends, and biodiesel blends. The recalled swivel connectors have a "MFG date" printed on the end in the format of: MM YY or MM-DD-YEAR or MM-YEAR. The model number is printed on the center body of the swivel connector. The following models are included in the recall. A raw material initially failed testing Staphylococcus aureus. A retest was conducted with passing results but an out of specification investigation was not properly conducted leaving concern that the finished product could contain the bacterium.
Pieces of plastic were found in roasted soy bits.

J&J Distributing Company reported that a small amount of shred carrots were contaminated with metal pieces. The shred carrots were used as ingredient for other RTE items.

This recall involves Firomatic ½ inch FPT Fusible Safety Valves series 200 Fusible Inline valve, 1/2F X 1/2F Out. The valves are located on the fuel lines that lead to oil-burning appliances. The valves have a UL metal ring on top of the body of the valve stamped with "FIROMATIC SERIES 200." "Firomatic" is cast into the body of the recalled valves.
