Sequel Naturals is recalling nine lots of products due to contamination by trace amount of chloramphenicol.
Manufacturing defect leading to post-process contamination.
This recall involves Vans' AV Edict hooded jackets for boys. They were sold in boy's sizes S, M, L and XL and made from black cotton or black canvas with a drawstring through the hood. "Vans®" is printed on a tab above the jacket's left front pocket. An intertwined "AV" logo is embroidered in black beneath the lower right pocket and also appears on the jacket's snaps. "Vans®," "OFF THE WALL®" and an intertwined "AV" logo is sewn on a label inside neck of the jacket.
The candelabra light bulbs come with a universal adaptor and look like a standard candle light bulb. They have a white base with a silver heat sink with a screw-in universal adaptor. Recalled model numbers are UDC3CW in cool white, and UDC3WW in warm white. The bulbs do not have markings and the single package has "Lighting Facts per bulb" with data about the wattage, etc. printed on a small label at the end of box. Bulbs also come in four packs colored blue or yellow with "Infinity LED," "fully dimmable down to 5%" and "Candelabra LED" printed on the package.
This recall involves five models of Cooper Crouse-Hinds non-metallic, polycarbonate ceiling boxes with manufacturer or part numbers TP16002, TP16022, TP16023, TP16122 and TP16307. The black, round ceiling boxes are 1.5 to 2.25-inches deep and measure between 3.5 and 4-inches in diameter. These devices are used in the installation of ceiling lighting. "CROUSE-HINDS" and "14.8 CU. IN" or "20.8 CU. IN." appear inside the box. The part number is on the product's packaging.
This recall involves Cra-Z-Art Snoopy Sno-Cone Machines with one of three batch numbers BCH003005A28-0812, BCHTRU001A17-0812 or BCHTRU004A16-0712 printed on the back of the white plastic doghouse and on the side of the box. The plastic sno-cone machines are white in the shape of a dog house with a red roof and red shovel. Snoopy is on the dog house and Charlie Brown and Lucy images are on the front along with a snowman. A metal ice-shaving cylinder in the middle of the sno-cone machine dispenses ice shavings out of the front. The words "SNOOPY" and "SNO-CONES" are on the front of the machine and "Cra-Z-Art" is on the back.
This recall includes multiple Heath®/Zenith Motion Activated Outdoor Lights used for porch lighting. The product comes in 21 designs with a variety of finishes and is designed to turn on at night when motion is detected. The product replaces a standard outdoor wall-mounted light fixture. The brand name and model number can be found on a label located on the back of the motion sensor for wall-mounted models, or underneath the motion sensor cover for ceiling-mounted models.
