A limited quantity of Cherry Coca-Cola Zero Sugar packaged in 12 oz cans were incorrectly labeled as Cherry Coca-Cola due to a mislabeling issue. Phenylalanine not declared on label.
This recall involves GreenSpeed Magnum and Magnum XL model recumbent trikes with Sturmey-Archer drum brake quick release front axles. Magnum or Magnum XL are printed on the trikes. Sturmey-Archer is printed on the hub/wheel where the axle is attached. Serial numbers P21276160 through P21460262 are included in this recall. The recalled trikes are orange, blue or charcoal in color with a black seat and three wheels. The serial numbers are printed on the left dropout, which is a slot in the rear of the bike where the rear wheel attaches. Mislabeling: The active ingredient list on the label does not match the product's actual ingredients Specifically, the label states Octinoxate 7.5% and Oxybenzone 3%, while the product therein is made with Octinoxate 7.5%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 5%, and Avobenzone 3%.
The recalled baskets are white woven baskets with bunny faces that have either pink or blue cheeks and black plastic eyes. The recalled baskets were sold with a tag that reads "HAPPY EASTER" and a hangtag that reads "! WARNING: THIS IS NOT A TOY, FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY."
