The recall involves Suzuki 2005 model year LT-A700XK5 King Quad ATVs. They are adult-size ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. These ATVs are available in yellow, green, or red and have the King Quad model name on the side of the fuel tank.

Vapor-Eze Vaporizer – Safety Concern (2005)

Fire/Burn Risk

The recalled waterless vaporizers are white plastic with vents. The aromatherapy diffusers are ivory plastic with vents. Both are 5 inches wide by 3½ inches high. "Vapor-Eze," and "Waterless Vaporizer" are written on the top of the vaporizer. "Vapor-Eze" and "Aromatic Therapy" are written on the top of the diffuser. Model 1070, 2070 or 3070 and "Juv. Prod's. Corp" are printed on the bottom of the units. UPC Code 015715910701, 015715010008, 000157159104 or 0157150010145 is printed on the packaging.

Alarm sound-It is possible that the audible alarms from the speaker from the Datex-Ohmeda S/5 Anesthesia Delivery Unit (ADU) machine may dampen or disappear as a result of normal handling of the anesthesia machine. Visual alarms on the ADU are unaffected by this condition. The dampening or absence of audible alarms on the ADU may result in a delay in treatment.
