Patient prothrombin time (PT) may report low for individuals on anticoaglant therapy
The meter may self-start without a sample having been applied and report erroneous results without an error message if the nose cover is not properly snapped in place and the undosed test strip is bent upwards while the meter is waiting for the sample, or if excess control solution or blood has been applied to the test strip.
The recalled fuel is used for outdoor cooking stoves. "MSR® SuperFuel™" is printed on the label and is packaged in red metal cans. "SUPERFUEL, MSR Cleanest-Burning Liquid Fuel for MSR Stoves," and "32 FL OZ/1 Quart/.946 Liter" are printed across the front of the can. This recall includes cans with batch #502-167 printed on the lower back of the can in light black digits.

The pump may shut-off prematurely during battery operation without providing adequate response time when 'E320' service warning message appears.
The recalled circular saws include the BOSCH CS10, CS20 and CS20-XC models, which can be identified on the product nameplate mounted on the top of the motor housing. The recalled models do not have an asterisk (*) in the serial number box. The circular saw uses a 7¼-inch blade and has a blue handle and motor enclosure, and a metal guarding system. The name "BOSCH" is printed on the blade guard.
Recalled tables can be identified by a visual inspection of the underside of the table, looking for the presence of eight wooden blocks. If the wooden blocks are present, no corrective action is needed (see photos).
The diodes in the control panel may fail, which could result in the thermal breakdown of the circuit board inside of the control box, and cause the bed to cease functioning.
Subsequent to tissue release, CryoLife received new information related to the donor time of death, which caused the donor to no longer meet CryoLife's acceptance criteria for warm ischemic time.
The recall includes Kydex Belt and Tactical Holsters with thumb break fits for Glock model handguns. The holsters are rigid and are made of black Kydex and come with tension screws for a proper fit. The words, "Uncle Mike's by Michaels of Oregon" are printed on the back of the holster. The recall involves sizes 12, 21, and 25, which is printed on the inside of the holster between the two screws securing the holster to the belt slide.
LeMaitre Vascular is recalling certain lots of its Pruitt Aortic Occlusion Catheters due to a packaging defect which could compromise product sterility.
Guiding catheter may have thinner and weaker sidewalls than designed, and may break.
The instrument may have been assembled improperly, which may result in reversed resection cuts on the femur and affect implant performance, resulting in the need for revision surgery.
The threaded part of the instrument may break when connected to the screw and potentially result in an adverse health consequence.
