Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2004-2023 DL42 and DL45 Digger Derricks. The incorrect hydraulic load holding valve may have been installed, which can cause the winch to lower uncontrollably and the load to fall.
This recall involves wooden folding chairs sold as part of three-piece foldable bistro sets under the Panama Jack and House & Garden brands. The sets consist of one small wooden table and two foldable chairs made with wood frames and black, anthracite, navy blue, beige, olive green, or off-white roping on the seat and back. They have either a Panama Jack or House & Garden hangtag that includes the chair and table dimensions and "Made in Vietnam." Chair dimensions are 16.53" x 20.47 x 32.28" and the folding table dimensions are 23.62 x 23.62 x 28.74.
This recall involves certain Pirelli P ZERO Race TLR bicycle tires in the size 28-622. The tires are black and have either yellow, white, red, or gold branding on the sidewalls. The model name, model number, tire ID and production date code can all be found on the sidewalls. Some Venue Go Standard Carts can develop an internal failure of the vertical/horizontal tilt adjustment mechanism which can result in the Venue Go system detaching from the cart and falling.
This recall involves Boon Flair highchairs manufactured before September 2016, and all Boon Flair Elite highchairs. The recalled Flair Elite highchair has a white and orange molded plastic seat with a white tray and metal pedestal base. The Flair highchairs have a gray plastic pedestal base and were sold in 10 color combinations, including blue/white, white/orange, pink/white, green/white, gray/green, white, gray, white/gray, white/blue and red/white. The model numbers of the recalled highchairs are listed below. The model number and manufacturing date code are printed on a label located under the base of the highchair. This recall involves the Apollo Phantom V1, V2 and 60V Electric Scooters models. The scooter has one stem bolt that connects the stem of the scooter with the front suspension and wheel assembly. "Apollo" is printed on the stem of the scooter and "Apollo Phantom" is displayed on the rear left side of the grip tape on the deck of the scooter. "Apollo Phantom" is also listed on the bottom of the scooter with the model year.

4.5" Iris Scissors, Sterile, Curved (DYNJ04049) are being recalled due to the potential of the tip protector to fall off. The sharp tip of the scissors could compromise the sterile barrier system by puncturing large and/or small holes that may not be visible to the user.
This recall involves Sky Wheels, which are an individual active play component manufactured for and sold to businesses. They can be incorporated into a larger indoor soft-contained play system. The Sky Wheel is comprised of a 14-inch diameter 4-spoke metal wheel attached to a downward facing milled and threaded shaft which is supported from an overhead bar within the play system framing structure.

Superlight Rocks were sold as a set of 6 and individually in six different sizes and colors including: size 1 purple, size 2 green, size 3 silver, size 4 gold, size 5 blue and size 6 red. This recall involves all sizes of woom ORIGINAL 2018 - 2021 model bikes. The stems on these bikes have one silver bolt to clamp onto the steerer tube. These bikes are designed for children between 18 months and 14 years. They were sold in six versions: woom 1, woom 1 Plus, woom 2, woom 3, woom 4, woom 5 and woom 6. The woom 1 and woom 1 PLUS are balance bikes, woom 2 through 6 are pedal bikes. These bikes were sold in red, green, blue, purple and yellow colors. The word "woom" in white letters is displayed on the sides of the downtube. The word "woom" in metallic letters is also visible on the front of the headtube. The markings "#woombikes" in black letters on chain stay and wheel size in black on sides of the front fork.
