The recall involves 16-inch diameter 3-speed oscillating fans which mount on adjustable stands. "NYZT" appears in the center of the front fan guard. The model numbers, FS-1601A and FS-1607C, are found on a silver label on the back of the controls. The fans come in two color combinations: either blue and white, or all gray.
The Sundance Towel Radiator is a wall-mounted towel warmer and decorative heater. The product warms towels and provides radiant heat through a thermal element inside the fluid-filled tubular rack.
BRP snowmobiles come in black, blue, gray, white, yellow and autumn/black. These PTACs are owned mainly by commercial and institutional organizations and are used in the lodging industry, apartments, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, schools, and government buildings. A small number of the recalled units are owned by individual homeowners. The PTACs are beige in color and are intended for through-the-wall installation. Goodman manufactured all of the recalled units, which were sold under the Amana, Trane, and American Standard brand names. Goodman and Trane/American Standard are separate, unrelated entities. The recalled PTACs consist of Amana brand units manufactured from January 1996 through March 2003, and Trane and American Standard brand units manufactured from January 1996 through August 2002, that use electric heaters rated at 3.5 kilowatts (kW) or greater. To check the serial and model numbers, remove the front cover by pulling it from the bottom straight out until the clips release, then lifting it up. For some units, it is first necessary to remove two ¼" screws (in the filter compartment) that secure the front cover.
The recalled handlebars were sold on the 2005 Allez Sport, 2005 Allez Elite, 2005 Roubaix (base model) and 2005 Sequoia (base model) bicycles. The model names are on the frame of the handlebar.
The Full Speed Ahead Scatto quick release was sold as standard equipment for RD-400 and XC-300 bicycle wheelsets and also separately. The levers are laser etched "FSA" and the end pieces have a distinctive round shape.
These baby walkers were sold under the brand name "Playkids USA." They have model numbers PLK94STP, PLT95STP, PLK2000RC, PLK95, PLK94, PLK98STP, PLK2000 or PLK300 on the package and on a sewn-in label on the seat back. The plastic walkers have eight snap-in wheels, an activity tray with toy wheels, knobs and lights, and a padded fabric seat. They come in a variety of colors and seat fabrics. The sewn-in seat label also reads "PLAYKIDS U.S.A. BROOKLYN, NY 11229 MADE IN TAIWAN."
The recalled TV/VCR carts are white, light brown and light reddish brown; have decorative hardware and trim; and are about 29 inches wide, 17 inches deep, and 25 inches high. The carts are equipped with a top shelf for a television 20 inches or smaller and a middle shelf for a VCR and a lower storage area. The recalled carts include models 3355, 6355, 7755, 9855 and 9755, which can be found on the instruction book that came with the cart.
All model year 2004 "Sportsman 700 EFI" ATVs with model numbers A04CH68CU, A04CH68AU, A04CH68AP, and A04CH68AQ are part of this recall. The model number is on the rear upper frame tube, located directly under the right side of the seat. The ATVs have black seats with a gray, red, and black chassis. "700 Sportsman" is prominently displayed on the right and left side of the chassis, body and fuel tank, and "EFI" is displayed on the instrument/headlight pod.
The pacifiers, which measure three inches long and about 1½ inches across the base, are pink, blue, green or white plastic with a yellow nipple. The pacifiers have a circular handle and the shield is labeled "Jaloma." The nipples are filled with a sugary substance.
The glass-door wall cabinets have "BERTBY," the product article number (380.472.10) and supplier number (14709) written on a label on the underside of the bottom panel or on the top side of the top panel. The cabinets are about 67 inches high.
The product is a child's director-style chair, constructed of tubular metal with a canvas seat and back. The chairs feature popular characters such as "The Wiggles," "Dora the Explorer," "Spongebob Squarepants," and "Disney Princesses." The Model Numbers for these recalled units are TC83536WG, TC83531DO, TC83533PS and TC83532SB. The model number can be found on a label on the leg of the chair.
Only the Performance Forte Flyte OS Carbon Road handlebars and the Supergo Weyless OS Carbon Road handlebars are included in the recall. Both handlebars are natural carbon gray. The Performance Forte Flyte has printing along the top of the handlebar. On the left front is "Forte" in red, and on the right front is "Flyte." On the right top is "ACT" in large white letters and "Advanced Carbon Technology" in smaller letters. The Supergo Weyless handlebar says "Weyless" in white and has a red oval with "Full Carbon Composite" printed in white. On the left side is "CF" in red, "200" in white, and "Hi-Pressure Solid Compaction" in white. The Performance handlebars were sold separately, not as part of a bicycle. The Supergo handlebars were sold separately and as part of the 2004 Scattante SC-R bicycle.
It is a small, crossed leg, folding stool that stows in an outside pocket of the backpack. The stool has a metal frame and a fabric seat. This recall includes units manufactured between February 2004 and March 2004.

The recalled executive office chairs include the 795-0115 model with black leather and the 795-0228 model with black fabric. Underneath the seat cushion the name "Novimex Fashion Ltd." can be found on the large label and the model numbers and date codes can be found on a smaller label. Only chairs with a date code prior to April 1, 2004, are included in this recall.
These are Wild Country-brand carabiners sold under the following model names: Helium Dyneema, Helium DYN QD 5 X 13, Helium Clean Wire, and Oxygen-Helium. They are marked with batch codes AAA, AAB, AAC, AAD, AAE, and AAF. "Wild Country" and the model name are written on the carabiners.
The recalled Reebok Iverson mid- and low-style athletic shoes were sold in toddler sizes 2 through 10. The logo-tag on the tongue of the shoe reads "I3/Answer," and on the rear and center of the heel is an "I3" logo. The names "Iverson" and "The Realist" are carved into the sole. The model number is printed on a label on the underside of the tongue. Model numbers included in the recall are: 99553, B99553, 99554, B99554, 105155, B105155, 105158, B105158, 108292, and B108292.
This recall includes IMI Cornelius Pinnacle FCB frozen carbonate beverage dispensers manufactured between May 2002 and June 2004 with a specific motor drive system. The units contain two or four dispensing valves and come in various color combinations. The names "Cornelius," "FCB," and "Pinnacle" are located on identification plates on the unit's right-side panel. Cornelius is notifying customers of the serial numbers of affected units sold to them.
