Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Corolla and Corolla Hybrid vehicles. Due to cracks developed during the manufacturing process, the steering intermediate shaft assembly may fracture and possibly result in the shaft detaching from the steering column.
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2022-2025 HX vehicles. The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Santa Fe, Santa Fe HEV, Elantra, Elantra HEV and 2022 Elantra N and Santa Fe PHEV vehicles. Due to a damaged printed circuit board, the rearview camera image may fail to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
This recall involves Segway Ninebot KickScooters with model number P100S and a manufacture date in 2023. The affected units have serial numbers containing the date codes 2308 or greater (e.g., xxxxx2308xxxxx, xxxx2310xxxxx, xxxxx2311xxxxx). The serial number is located on the left side of the KickScooter. The 6th and 7th digits represent the year of manufacture, and the 8th and 9th digits represent the week of manufacture. The product is black and gray with red accents, and the Segway label is on the rear fender. The KickScooter is 46 inches long, 25 inches wide and 50 inches high, and weighs about 72.5 pounds.
This recall involves South Shore brand Balka & Olena cribs sold in white and natural wood colors. The cribs are made of wood and measure about 37 inches high, 54 inches long and 30 inches deep. The model number is printed on an adhesive label on one end of the crib. This recall involves Nerf Barrage Youth bike helmets. The helmets have a blue/orange exterior, black straps, an orange buckle, and are size medium (M). NERF is printed in white lettering on the sides of the helmet. Model 6011 is printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. The lot number (LOT#) and reference number (REF#) can be found on the same label on the inside of the helmet. Only helmets with LOT# BC01BJ01-200623 and REF# 5382-BL and LOT# BC01BJ01-111521 and REF# 4970-BL are included in this recall.
This recall involves Dorel full- and queen-sized wall beds sold online under the names Pinnacle, Paramount, Impressions, Holly Hills, and Her Majesty Wall Beds and as part of the brand names Signature Sleep or Novogratz. The beds were sold in white, light oak, gray oak, black oak, espresso, walnut and natural shades. They were sold with or without cabinets and lighting attached to the bedframe.

The manual cylinder valves may develop stress corrosion cracks in the bottom plugged port, causing a leak.
The following four issues are included: 1. Certain Channel Settings may result in an Access Point preventing a connected client device from roaming to another Access Point potentially causing the client device to appear to drop out from the network. 2. if the Access Point experiences a disconnection from the Access Point Controller exceeding 4 minutes, the Access Point may not transition through the desired state to all for clean reconnection of the client radio link. 3. Potential to experience higher than expected data dropouts, device disassociations/reassociations for their wireless clients, and frequent "Loss of AP" alerts. 4. Potential for the Smart-hopping Access Point is affected by a software issue where the Access Point will resent after 82.85 days when the frame counter reaches its limit. This causes the latest synchronization check to fail and potential for loss of patient data.
