Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2023-2027 Collins Bus school buses. The lock on the emergency exit door may fail to unlock. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
This recall involves My First Snowman toy, which is sold with a removable plastic top. The toy snowman was sold with additional removable facial features and mittens. The snowman's hat is black and red with a gray snowflake. The snowman is about 17 inches high and is white, with purple mittens, blue ears, one blue eye, one green eye, an orange nose and red and orange buttons on the front. The Step2 logo is on the front of the snowman. The top hat is battery powered. Only snowman toys manufactured in December 2023 and April 2024 are included in this recall. The date code appears on the bottom of the hat near the battery compartment. The date code is listed in a dial format, showing month and year of production.
Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2026 Model Y vehicles. The hose connector may block the windshield washer nozzles, preventing washer fluid from reaching the windshield. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 104, "Windshield Wiping and Washing Systems."
BorgWarner has submitted a Defect Information Report based upon recall determinations made by Volvo (recall 25V055), Mack Trucks (recall 25V185), Nova Bus (recall 25V184), Cummins (recall 25E018), and Gillig (recall 25V203). Loose hardware inside the battery may detach, causing the battery pack to short circuit and fail.
