The impacted tape was manufactured with incorrect information on the tape. Incorrect values are printed in the Red zone, Orange zone, and Grey zone. Using the incorrect values in the Red zone could lead to shocking a patient with an excessive dose of joules, causing significant harm including burns, heart damage, and cardiac arrest. Incorrect values in the Orange zone could lead to overdosing the patient with sodium bicarbonate and cause metabolic alkalosis, electrolyte imbalances, tissue damage, and worsen respiratory status. Incorrect information in the Grey may lead to underdosing the patient with sodium bicarbonate and may cause reduced myocardial contractility, decreased response to vasopressors, and increased risk of dysrhythmia.

This recall involves FidgetThings Chill Pill Magnetic Haptic Fidget Toys Red Bumpy. The magnetic fidget pill toy is in the shape of a pill capsule that can be separated into two magnetic halves. One magnetic half is the white base and the other magnetic half is red and bumpy. The magnets are interchangeable with other FidgetThings magnetic fidget pill toys of different colors and textures. The magnetic fidget pill toy was sold encased in a mock prescription bottle with a mock label. The magnets make a clacking sound when brought together. The magnetic fidget pill toy measures about two inches and the mock prescription bottle measures about 3 inches. The mock prescription bottle has "3DPrint Bumpy" printed on the label.
This recall involves digital wall clocks with model number PH-05. The digital wall clocks are rectangular and black in color. A yellow label on the rear of the clock states "Contact for warranty! support@te-rich.com." The clocks come with a black nine-button remote control. "MODEL: PH-05" is printed on the white product packaging.
This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2023-2025 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Crew ROVs.
