This recall involves 3M's Peltor X4 series earmuffs designed for noise reduction in industrial and occupational applications. The recalled earmuffs are black with green or orange accents and are over-the-head, behind-the-head, hard hat-attached, or full brim hard hat-attached. 3M PELTOR is stamped on the outside of the earcups. Only earmuffs manufactured from March 2020 through September 2022 are included in this recall. The date of manufacture in MM/YYYY format appears on the outside of the earmuff's earcups.
This Recall involves certain battery-operated Mario Kart™ 24V Ride-on Racers with specific date codes only. The vehicles are red, white and blue in color with the letter "M" in the center of a white circle on the front of the vehicle. The vehicles have an 8-character alphanumeric manufacturing date code, in the format of XXXXVEO1, located on the bottom of the blue panel on the vehicle's underside. The only vehicles subject to this recall have the following date codes: 1752VE01, 1782VE01, 1952VE01, 2242VE01, 2352VE01, 2852VE01, 0583VE01. Vehicles currently being sold are not involved in this recall.

An improperly connected coaxial cable may prevent the rearview camera image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
