LBCE IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 LBCE MODEL HTC-3140 CRANES EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR DIESEL C15 ENGINES. OVERTIME, A WELD IN THE COMBUSTION TUBE THAT IS INSIDE OF THE DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER CAN FAIL CAUSING THE FILTER TO BE BURNED THROUGH BY HOT COMBUSTION GASES.
BLUE BIRD IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2007 THROUGH 2011 ALL AMERICAN SCHOOL BUSES MANUFACTURED FROM SEPTEMBER 22, 2006, THROUGH AUGUST 7, 2010, AND EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL PARK BRAKE VALVE INTERLOCK FEATURE. THE OPTIONAL PARK BRAKE INTERLOCK VALVE MAY HAVE BEEN PLUMBED INCORRECTLY WHICH COULD RESULT IN INADVERTENT PARK BRAKE APPLICATION WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

"Task Force" is printed on the side rail of the log splitters.
The scarves, dresses, skirts and blouses are made of 100 percent silk and come in a variety of designs. Nearly all items were returned to Chanel in May 2010.
This recall involves Mini Stars building sets. The Mini Stars measure three inches in diameter and are made of opaque plastic. Each star has six circular knobs protruding from a ring-shaped center. Edushape only makes Mini Stars in red, green, yellow or blue colors which are included in this recall. The Mini Stars do not have any markings, codes or logos stamped into the plastic. They were sold in sets of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 pieces.
COLUMBIA PARCAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 AND 2010 EAGLE (P4E) AND SUMMIT (SMT2, SMT4, SUV) LOW SPEED VEHICLES AND ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS MANUFACTURED FROM JULY 1, 2008, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2011. POSSIBLE LOOSENING OF THE LOWER STEERING YOKE AT THE POINT OF ATTACHMENT TO THE STEERING RACK AND PINION CAN OCCUR.
The recalled items are leather Mizuno baseball and softball gloves. The gloves have a sewn-in white label on the heel of the glove with the words "Made in Vietnam" and the model number. Supreme Series gloves affected are further identified by the date code imprinted on the heel of the glove near the thumb opening. CHRYSLER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008-2011 DODGE RAM 2500/3500 4X4, MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 14, 2008, THROUGH MARCH 28, 2011; MODEL YEAR 2008-2011 DODGE RAM 3500 CAB CHASSIS 4X2, MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 14, 2008, THROUGH MARCH 28, 2011; AND MODEL YEAR 2008 DODGE RAM 1500 MEGA CAB 4X4, MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 14, 2008, THROUGH AUGUST 15, 2008, BECAUSE THE LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD MAY FRACTURE. THIS CONDITION TENDS TO OCCUR DURING LOW SPEED PARKING LOT TYPE MANEUVERS WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS MAKING A TIGHT TURN. ADDITIONALLY, MODEL YEAR 2003-2008 DODGE RAM 2500/3500 VEHICLES MAY HAVE RECEIVED THE AFFECTED TIE ROD ASSEMBLY AS A REPLACEMENT PART DURING NORMAL SERVICE.
This recall involves frosted or clear glass votive candle holders with French vanilla scented candles. The votive candle holders are 2 1/2 inches tall. Model number 976127 and date code 1010 are printed on the bottom of the glass votive candle holder.

The Hamilton Beach recall involves model 22600 toasters with specific series codes. These series codes begin with the letters C or D, and have the format of CXXXXBI or DXXXXBI, where XXXX is a four-digit number ranging from 0190 through 5290. The model number and series code are printed on the bottom of the toaster. The toaster has a chromed steel exterior, a front control panel with a rotary toast shade selector and function buttons arranged in an arc, a front removable crumb tray and Hamilton Beach printed across the front of the toaster.
VERMEER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008-2009 BC2100XL TANDEM AXLE BRUSH CLIPPER TRAILERS MANUFACTURED FROM DECEMBER 19, 2007, THROUGH FEBRUARY 9, 2009 AND EQUIPPED WITH A WELDED ASSEMBLY ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF THE MAINFRAME. THE WELDED ASSEMBLY IS SUBJECT TO HIGH STRESS LEVELS.
This recall only involves the following four products with the noted lot numbers: GNC Women's Ultra Mega 28-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 0432AL1781 and 1283CL1781, GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active 180-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 1029BL1783 and 1030BL1783, GNC Women's Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism 90-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 1450CL1789 and GNC Prenatal Formula with Iron 120-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 0785BL2863. The lot numbers are printed on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the product's packaging. The affected lots are packaged in a white plastic bottle with a white label and a flip-top cap.

The sets were sold in sizes 6 months to 4T in the following colors: cream and green; dark blue and light blue; and, pink and lilac.
This recall involves custom-made Roman shades. The shades were made out of fabric and of woven wood. The shades do not have any permanent markings.
The recalled supplements were sold in white plastic bottles. "Live Better Complete Multivitamin One Daily Maximum Formula" is printed in blue and red on a white label on one product and "Live Better Complex Vitamin B50" is printed in blue and green on a white label on the other product.

This recall involves all Wrights® "my home make-it-yourself" Roman shade kits with item numbers 1451007001, 1451008001 or 1451008001A. The kit fits windows of a maximum size of 48" W x 60" L. It includes 15 yards of Roman shade tape, 15 yards of drapery cord, 4-inch "L" brackets, 18 screws, one cord cleat and instructions. The item number and "Wm. Wright Co." can be found on the back of the package.
The recalled vehicles are model 2011 DS golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. The Club Car has various models, colors and sizes including 2 to 6 passenger seating vehicles. The vehicles can be identified by the serial number, which is above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. A list of models and serial numbers included in the recall can be seen in the picture.
