BALDWIN FILERS IS RECALLING CERTAIN AFTERMARKET OIL FILTERS, PART NUMBER P7405, PRODUCED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 2009 AND NOVEMBER 2010, DESIGNED FOR USE IN LARGE TRUCKS AND OTHER LARGE VEHICLES, SPECIFICALLY FOR USE IN TWO ENGINE MODELS MANUFACTURED BY DETROIT DIESEL CORPORATION (ENGINE MODELS DD13 AND DD15). IN COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE MEDIA IN THE OIL FILTER FAILS, CAUSING AN ADHESIVE BEAD TO POTENTIALLY TRAVEL INTO THE OIL STREAM AND BLOCK THE FLOW OF OIL.
MCI IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 D4500, D4505, AND D4000 MOTOR COACHES. THE AFFECTED PULLEY COVERS MAY LACK CERTAIN WELDS REQUIRED TO KEEP THE COVERS ATTACHED TO THE COACH STRUCTURE.
This recall involves the Prisma and Duo style wooden baby rattles with multi-colored beads. The Prisma rattle is shaped as a bell with a loop handle and has style number 10331. The rattle measures about 3¾ inches long. "Prisma" and the style number can be found on the packaging. The Duo rattle is two interlocked rings with red and blue bead accents. "Duo" and style number 10333 is printed on the packaging.
This recall involves all White-Rodgers programmable thermostats with model numbers 1F88-XXX and 1F85RF-275 and date codes beginning with 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 1001 through 1039. The model number is printed on the thermostat's front pull-down panel door. The date code is located inside the removable front cover. White-Rodgers and/or the utility company's name and logo are printed on the front of the thermostat. These thermostats were able to be controlled by power companies in homes that took part in energy demand reduction programs.

THE #5 AND #6 FUEL LINES MAY CRACK AT THE FASTENING POINT TO THE COMMON FUEL RAIL AND CAUSE A FUEL LEAK.

The shirts are made from 80 percent cotton and 20 percent polyester blend brushed Sherpa fleece in olive and burgundy. GENERAL MOTORS IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 CADILLAC ESCALADE, ESCALADE ESV, ESCALADE EXT; CHEVROLET AVALANCHE, COLORADO, EXPRESS, SILVERADO, SUBURBAN, TAHOE; AND GMC CANYON, SIERRA, SAVANA, YUKON AND YUKON XL VEHICLES. THE REAR AXLE CROSS PINS WERE NOT PROPERLY HEAT TREATED AND COULD FRACTURE AND BECOME DISPLACED WITHIN THE REAR AXLE. SHOULD THE PIN SHIFT OUT OF POSITION, IT COULD CREATE AN INTERFERENCE CONDITION AND CAUSE THE REAR AXLE TO LOCK.

The lantern is made of black aluminum; yellow, orange and white glass; and red, orange and beige agate stones. It is 19.5" tall and 12" diameter. The model number is located on the side of the lantern's box, on a tag attached to the lantern, on the instruction sheet and on the lantern's ceiling mount.
