This recall involves a dry suit inflation hose that connects a diver's dry suit to the air supply and allows for the pumping of air into the suit to set up a positive pressure arrangement to help keep it watertight. The hose contains an air flow restricting insert that may be either black, blue or green in color. The batch code is stamped on the threaded metal end of the hose. This recall involves the 2009 Delivery 3i, Delivery 8D, Holiday 3i, Holiday 8i and Surf 3i bicycles with front-mounted trays or baskets. The trays have an alloy frame with wooden slats. The baskets are wicker with a removable tote bag. The trays were sold as original equipment on the bicycles and as aftermarket items. The baskets were sold only as aftermarket items.

This recall involves four models of Daiso wooden toys including Penguin Handbell, Pull Doll, Alligator Pull Toy and Rolling Animals. The Penguin Handbell has a small metal bell inside its hollow interior. The Pull Doll's limbs move up and down when the string is pulled. The Alligator Pull Toy is green and yellow will move in an undulating fashion when pulled. The Rolling Animals are in the forms of a dog, rabbit, cat and mice, and their tails are connected to their bodies by metal springs. Daiso is printed on the product's packaging.
This recall involves balancing toys in the shape of dragonflies, children's purses in the shape of the head of a lion, frog or bear, children's purses with rainbow stripes, children's pen cases shaped like a piece of candy with stitching "cool ice cream," "sweet cake," or "fad hamburger" on the front, and inflatable baseball bats with "Home Run" printed on the side. This recall involves the Paula Deen® 11-inch cast iron grill pans and griddles. They were sold as QVC item numbers K14984, K11970 and K135024. The cookware is black and has the Paula Deen® logo and the product size engraved on the bottom. No other Paula Deen® cookware is involved in this recall.

The recall involves the Buderus GB312 gas-fired, floor standing condensing boilers. Model numbers included in this recall are: 312/90, 312/120, 312/160, 312/200, 312/240 and 312/280. "BUDERUS GB312" is printed on the front of the boiler. The boilers are blue, approximately 60 inches high and between 39 and 55 inches wide.
This recall includes wooden bunk beds with a three-step ladder. Model numbers WP-9108-1 and WP-9108-2 are included in this recall. The model number is located on a sticker on the bunk bed's interior panel of the headboard or the footboard.

This recall involves Clarks® children's shoes sold under the "crawlers" and "hazy daze" style names. The crawlers were sold in infant sizes 2 to 3 1/2; and the hazy daze in sizes 4 to 6 1/2. The recall involves hooded fleece sweatshirts with style names "Love Goes" (style #39810012) and "Up and Under" (style #39202202). They were sold under the O'Neill brand name in child sizes S - XL. The RN #85773 is printed on the care label in the neck.
This recall involves a children's animal mask and four styles of metal pendants. The mask resembles the face of a cat. The pendants have various animated symbols including a dog tag with fire symbol (Bleach), knife and lion symbol (Final Fantasy), Mickey Mouse symbol (Kingdom of Hearts), and a burning sun symbol (Naruto). The pendants were sold with silver-colored chains.
The recall involves SRAM PowerLock connector links, which are sold individually, on 10-speed bicycle chains and as original equipment on some bicycles. The recalled PowerLock connector links are identified by a date code of M or N, which is located on the side of the PowerLock connector link. 10-speed SRAM chains that were equipped with recalled PowerLock connector links include the following chain model numbers: PC-1030, PC-1050, PC-1070, PC-1090 and PC-1090R. The recalled chains were also installed on some Guru, Surly, Salsa, BMC, Serotta, Seven, and Ridley brand complete bicycles. The individual PowerLock connectors and bike chains with these connectors were sold from January 2009 through August 2009; bicycles with affected chains were sold from April 2009 through August 2009.
