The recalled single strollers all have metal frames with three wheels, a cloth seat and canopy. The twin strollers have a metal frame with four wheels, side-by-side cloth seats and double sun canopies. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including red, orange, green, black, charcoal and navy. The Phil & Teds logo is located on the crotch piece of the harness.
The puzzles, rattle toys, pacifier holders, and stroller toys are wooden and are described in the chart below. "HABA" is printed on them. Bella (rattle) 3" diameter with four wooden hearts with two mirrors. Pirate Joe (rattle) 4" pirate theme with bell and mirror. Rally (rattle) 4" triangle shape with three cars. Flori (rattle) Six petal shapes on elastic band. Includes three mirrors & three bells. 5" Triola (rattle) 4" triangle with two flowers and round corner. Trio (rattle) 4" triangle shape with squeaker, bell and mirror. Speedy (rattle) Wooden car about 4.5" L x 3" H. Squeaker in back and mirror on car hood. Little Hearts Stroller Toy 18" pram-chain with ten various size wooden hearts. Discovery Balls, Set of 4 Set contains 1 orange, 1 red, 1 blue and one bicolor blue/yellow ball. The recalled polariscopes are white in color with model number 415000 or 415 printed on the underside of the instrument. A polariscope is an instrument used by gemologists to assist in gem identification.
The recalled countertop water dispensers include the following Vitapur, Greenway and Polar models. They dispense hot or cold water and use three- or five-gallon water bottles. The model name is printed on the front of the dispenser's base. Model and serial numbers are printed on a white label on the back of the dispenser's base. File number 218326 is printed on a silver sticker on the back of the dispenser's base. The recall includes 5.0 kW Amana-brand, Comfort-Aire-brand and Century-brand PTAC units with model numbers PTxxx3x50xx (Amana) and EKTxxx-150x (Comfort-Aire and Century), and serial numbers 0702112056 through 0804237539. The model and serial numbers are located on the control board plate found under the PTAC unit's front cover.
The recall involves the Hi-Bay Indoor High-Intensity Discharge (HID) Fixtures, model numbers PG16A and PG21A. The fixture is intended for high-mounting heights (at least 20 feet above floor level) and is used in retail, warehouse and heavy manufacturing locations. The fixture's housing is made of die-cast aluminum.
This recall involves the Taggies™ Strollin' Along stroller activity bars. The multicolored, fabric, and plastic activity bars feature a yellow giraffe, a purple hippo and a blue elephant attached to a 12" long elliptical base with straps that attach to a stroller. The Taggies™ and Earlyears® logos are located on woven and satin labels sewn into the seam on the lower left front of the activity bar.
This recall involves 12-cup Kenmore coffee makers sold in black, white, and red with the following model numbers: 100.80006 (black), 100.81006 (white), and 100.82006 (red). The recall also involves 12-cup Kenmore Elite coffee makers with thermal carafe (model number 100.90007) and 14-cup Kenmore Elite coffee makers (model number 100.90006). The model number can be found on the bottom of the unit. There is a Kenmore or Kenmore Elite logo on the front bottom of the maker.
The recalled 12V DC car charger was sold with the Power Systems Plus/UST 3 Million Candlepower Spotlight with model number HSLR30S. The spotlight is black and blue and has a sticker on each side that reads "3 Million Candle Power." "HSLR30S" is printed on the instruction manual and on the packaging.
This recall involves Gemini brand power light modules used in DJ rack systems. Models included in this recall are PL-01 and Pl-02. The model numbers are printed on the front of the module, near the power switch. Models included in this recall have an ETL logo on the back panel.
Light Commercial Heat Recovery Ventilators are designed to exchange air between the inside and outside of a building or home in order to provide fresh air. The model number is written on a silver or black label on the outside panel.
The recalled butt splices are used to connect electrical wires to one another. They are typically used for wiring small electrical appliances, like audio equipment, or in automotive applications. The splices are yellow insulated vinyl and measure about one inch long and ¼ inch wide. They were intended for use with 12-10 AWG wire. 12-10 is stamped on the side of the splices. Model numbers 10-126, or 21-126, and Gardner Bender are printed on the product's packaging. They were sold in packages of 8 or 50.
The recalled forks have a clear coating over black painted carbon fiber, with the words "Wolf Superlite" and related logo just below the crown on each fork leg, and the letters "SL" on each leg above the fork blade dropouts. There is a True Temper CRT™ logo on the inside of both fork legs. The recalled forks could have been included on the following bicycle models: R3, R3 SL, Soloist Carbon, Soloist Carbon SL, and certain P3 Carbon framesets and complete bicycles.
The recalled portable handheld steam cleaners are white and dark gray. "H20" and "M" are printed on the steam cleaners. Model number YQ3888 and the "produce code" are printed on a label on the underside of the units. This recall only includes steam cleaners with "produce codes" from 071025 through 080324.
This recall involves some Amsterdam model bicycles in the Classic 3, Original 3, Royal 8, and Sport 3 styles. The bicycles have an enclosed chainguard. "Electra" and "Amsterdam" are printed on the bicycle's frame and/or chainguard. Bicycles with frame numbers beginning with "EL" or bicycles with chainguards marked "06/08" are not included in this recall. The frame number is located on the underside of the bottom bracket.
This recall involves the Electrifly lithium-polymer batteries (part #GPMP0401) sold individually or with the Heli-Max Axe CP-L radio-controlled helicopter kits. The kit includes a 23-inch long plastic helicopter, a battery, a radio transmitter, a balance charger, a car adapter, an AC wall adapter, decals that read "HMX", "AXE" and "Heli-Max" and training gear. "Electrifly" and "GPMP0401" are printed on the battery.

The skirts were sold in girls' sizes 12 months to 4T. The skirts have six grommets, four on the front of the waistband and two on the back pocket.
