The recalled GardenPlus Industrial Garden Carts, item number 128483, were made between November 2002 and April 2004. The garden cart is a four-wheeled pull wagon with a yellow mesh steel gauge bed and reinforced sides. The cart is approximately 20 inches wide by 30 inches long and 20 inches high. This recall affects all carts sold between March 2003 and October 2004 without metal washers on the outside tire rims.
The Mossimo thong sandals have beads and shells sewn onto the straps. The sandals were sold in beige or brown suede in sizes ranging from 5 to 10, whole sizes only. "Mossimo" is engraved on the inner sole, and the size of the sandal is printed on a clear label affixed to the side.
The recall involves Classic Sport Underlit Table Soccer game, models X0725, X0743 and X0761. The table soccer game is a soccer table with a glass playing surface and fluorescent tube lighting mounted underneath, causing the playing surface to illuminate when turned on.
The children's snow suits and jackets were sold in children's sizes 2T through 5T and 12M through 24M under the brand name, "Falls-Creek®." The two-piece snow suits included a jacket and overalls. Both clothing items have a small compass attached to the front of the jackets and were manufactured in a variety of colors. The care label bears RN# 48711.
The recalled Sweep+Vac by Swiffer is a battery-operated, upright vacuum cleaner used to vacuum floors. The vacuum cleaner stands about 4 feet tall and has a green base and silver pole. The name "Swiffer" is printed across the front of the base in white letters. UPC numbers included in this recall are 37000-46522 and 37000-02553. The UPC numbers are printed on the product's packaging. No other Swiffer products are involved.
The recalled corduroy overalls, style number 27267, are made of 100% cotton corduroy and sold in colors red and blue. They are finished with two buttons in the front that attach to the shoulder straps, two buttons on each side, slash pockets, and a large bib pocket in the front.
The recalled lawn mowers are green with yellow trim and have either GX85 or SX 85 on the side of the riding mower and a John Deere symbol on the front end and involve the following machines: Model Serial Numbers GX85 MOGX85X145887 through 149328 SX85 MOSX85X125374 through 126508
The recall includes the Ab Lounge™, Ab Lounge™ 2, and Ab Lounge™ Ultimate exercisers. The machines have the name "Ab Lounge" or "Ab Lounge 2" printed on the upper front fabric of the seat. The recall involves machines with the following serial numbers: Ab Lounge™ machines: ALX-000001 through ALX-037999, and all machines that start with serial numbers 03 44 through 04 36. Ab Lounge™ 2 machines: AL2X-000001 through AL2X-059060, and all machines that start with serial numbers 04 03 through 04 36. Ab Lounge™ Ultimate machines: all machines that start with serial numbers 04 28 through 04 34. The serial number is located on a label on the bottom of the front frame. Ab Lounge™ exercise products with straight brackets that do not fold are not part of this recall.
The electric heater is a small white plastic heater with these dimensions: 6 x 7 x 3 inches. It has a gray grill and a gray knob. The Lakewood logo appears in gray letters on top of the heater. The model number "MPH-25" is embossed or appears on a sticker label on the bottom of the heater.
This recall includes Byer of Maine TriLite Stools shipped between February 19, 2004 and June 16, 2004. The affected stools are only those that have been produced in China, specifically those that bear the Byer of Maine logo screen printed in silver ink on the plastic leg hub.
The RTV900 Utility Vehicles are four-wheel, off-road vehicles with cargo boxes. They are designed for two people to sit side by side. "RTV900" appears on the side of the front hood. The serial number range for the affected vehicles is 10001 through 25883.
The stators were sold to Procon Products for the application in insecticide insertion pumps and water purification systems.
The following models are included in this recall: model numbers R256EB1A, R256EB1NA, and R256EB1018A (Midwest) and TSLR1220CSAL (GE). Affected date code range is SAL421 through 432.
The recalled pajama shirts are heather gray with red or blue sleeves with heat-sealed alligator and football patches on the front. The collar tag reads "Okie Dokie." The pajama pants are red or blue with cartoon pictures of alligators, footballs, and stars, and the word "football." They were sold in infant sizes 12M to 24M and toddler sizes 2T to 5T. This recall does not include the pajama sets with the alligator and football silk-screen images on the pajama shirts.
The recalled electric pictures are framed artwork that utilize electric lights and sound and feature moving background scenes, including waterfalls, snow, beach scenes, city skylines, and religious figures. Some of the pictures contain battery operated clocks. The paintings come with wooden, glass mirror, or plastic frames. The pictures come in four different sizes: 99cm x 48cm; 65cm x 47cm; 35cm x 35cm; and 33cm x 19cm.
The recalled lawnmowers were sold under the NEUTON name and carry model number 81030. NEUTON is printed on the front portion of the lawnmower. The lawnmowers have a 14-inch cutting width with rear bagging capability.
The recall includes built-in Jenn-Air model JGD8348CDP downdraft gas cooktops. They have serial numbers xxxxxxxEA through xxxxxxxER. The cooktops were manufactured by Maytag between January 1, 2004 and September 17, 2004. The model name and serial number are printed on a label on the vent fan housing, which is visible in the cabinet under the cooktop.
The recall involves the 200 and 300 Bar versions of the OMS Rotating Cross Bar Manifold. The manifold consists of two valves which have "O.M.S." stamped on the side of each valve and a crossbar that has three O-rings per side. Each part has a black plastic knob.
The recalled fitness machines are the Bowflex Power Pro with and without a "Lat Tower" and Ultimate models built before September 1, 2002. The "Lat Tower" attaches to the back of the bench, and has pull-down pulleys attached. The name "Bowflex" and the model name are printed on the front of the machines.
The recall involves Coleman, Coleman Evcon and Red T brand furnaces. The furnaces are a silver color with white access panels. The "Coleman," "Coleman Evcon" and "Red T" brand names are located on the middle of the front access panel.
