The Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant set and the Cropped Johns were sold in girls' sizes 80 cm through 160 cm. Women's sizes are not subject to this recall. This recall involves Laars 9600 CB Condensing Heating Boilers and Laars 9600 HWG Condensing Water Heaters with black vent pipe/tubing. The recalled boilers are used to generate hot water for heating systems including baseboards or radiant flooring. The recalled water heaters generate hot water for use in homes, such as showers, sinks and dishwashers. "Mark II" and "9600 CB" or "9600 HWG" are printed on the front of the boilers and water heaters. The model number and BTU size are printed on the right side of the unit. The recalled boiler and water heater exteriors are putty and black-colored or taupe and black-colored. Only the following models are included in this recall. The recalled children's necklaces have metal pendants shaped as monkeys, dolphins, and frogs holding colored marbles, a fleur de lis painted in various colors, a silver and black fairy, silver-colored letters "BFF" with rhinestones, and tiny handcuffs painted in various colors. The pendants hang from silver-colored chains. "Claire's" or "Claire's best friends forever" is printed on the packaging.
Only Amprobe brand digital clamp meter models ACD-10PRO, ACD-10 TRMS-PRO, ACD-14 and ACD-14TRMS, except those model numbers followed by "FX" or "PLUS," are included in the recall. "Amprobe" and the model numbers are printed on the front of the units. These clamp meters measure 0 to 600 volts alternating current (VAC), and 0 to 600 volts direct current (VDC). In addition, they measure 0 to 400 amps alternating current. The tester body is red and gray and measures 7-1/2 inches in length by 2-1/2 inches in width by 1-1/4 inches thick.
The recalled children's mood necklaces have multi-colored pendants including hearts, moons, dolphins, dragonflies, stars and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the necklace's packaging.
The recalled product is a 12-cup programmable "Kaffe Combo" coffeemaker with model number CM830 and a glass carafe and two travel mugs. The name "Gevalia" is on the front of the coffeemaker and the model number is located on the bottom of the unit. No other Gevalia coffeemakers are affected by this recall.
This recall involves three styles of "Elite Operations" brand toy sets. The military-style play sets contain light and sound vehicles, action figures and accessories. Models included in this recall are: Super Rigs Transport Vehicle (Item # 087286), Command Patrol Center (Item # 920625) and Troop Carrier (Item # 773967). The item numbers are located on the back of the packaging above the barcode. Toy sets sold prior to January 2006 are not included in this recall. No other "Elite Operations" brand toys are affected by this recall.
The recall involves Cooky Stationery Sets, which include a pencil, various color markers, plastic scissors, erasers and the razor blade cutter. The cardboard backing of the set reads, "Cooky Staitonery (sic) Set." "Cooky Stationery" is written on the erasers and markers.
The recalled necklaces are multi-colored pendants shaped as hearts, crosses, moons, feet, stars, dolphins, shamrocks, teardrops, spiders, flip-flop sandals and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the front of the packaging and Item #AP-R428 is printed on a sticker on the back of the packaging.
The girl's recalled drawstring flannel pants were available in assorted plaids and stripes. The girl's pants have "N-Kids" and the boy's pants have "Pine Peak Blues" printed on the inside rear waist tag of the pants.
The recalled product is a boys' cotton canvas jacket made exclusively for children in sizes 18M to size 6Y. It has style number 93196 written on the inside care label. There is an attached removable compass on the side. The compasses are copper or turquoise colored, about 2.75-inches long, and have a clip to attach to the jacket.
The recalled product is a 15-foot white extension cord with green wrap-around green label with bold red and white lettering. The label reads "15 Ft HOUSEHOLD EXTENSION CORD." The "UL" symbol appears on the label. The cord has a silver UL holographic trademark tag, with "07/99, BV-7582, 13A 125V, 1875 W" printed on it. The cord is marked: SPT-2, 16AWGX2C, VW-1, 60° C.
The nylon, zipper-front jackets were sold in youth sizes and have a Cobmex neck label. The jackets were manufactured in various colors, including navy, black, green, red and wine. Only youth-size jackets with drawstrings are included in the recall.
The recalled easels are two-sided, with felt and a pull-out panel on one side and a chalkboard on the other side. The recalled easels include the word "Jolly" at the top. Easels with the word "Colorations" at the top of the easel are not included in the recall.
This recall involves the Weber® Genesis® 320™ Series gas grills which are designed to be used with either natural gas or with liquid propane gas tanks, and are equipped with a flush-mounted side burner accessory. The gas hose is made of stainless steel. The grills are sold in stainless steel and in black, blue or green porcelain enamel. All serial numbers begin with the prefix "DI". The model and serial number are located on the tank blocker/drip pan holder located inside the storage cart. The recall involves Ryobi-brand router tables, with model number RT101, which is written on the table's data plate, located on its front leg. These tables were sold as part of the Ryobi combo kits with model numbers R161RTA and R162RTA. The combo kit model number is written on the packaging. A router table holds the router underneath the table. Instead of moving the router over the wood, the table allows the user to guide the wood for cutting. The throat plates are components of the table that consist of five yellow plastic rings. They serve as a guide for the router bit and provide a stable surface around the bit.
Lenovo sold these extended-life batteries with new ThinkPad notebook PCs or as optional or replacement batteries for the following ThinkPad notebook models: R Series (R60 and R60e), T Series (T60 and T60p) and Z Series (Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p). The recalled 9-cell batteries have the following part number, which can be found on the battery label: FRU P/N 92P1131.
The recall involves Oceanic-brand ATOM 2.0 dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 2,079 (Revisions 2E, 3A, and 3B) and AERIS-brand EPIC dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 712 (Revision 1A), which can be accessed and viewed on the computer's display. Also, the serial number and date of manufacture are printed on the bottom of the unit (Oceanic ATOM 2.0 from August 23 to November 23, 2006, and AERIS EPIC from October 18 to November 14, 2006). This recall does not include any other Oceanic or AERIS brand dive computers.

The recall involves large, inflatable bounce houses inside which children can jump and play. The recall includes the following models: "Castle Kingdom," "Jump 'N' Kingdom," and "Bounce 'N' Playhouse." The bounce houses are inflated by a yellow, horizontal fan. The fan's model number, FJ4-330C or FJ4-330C2, is printed on a silver sticker on the fan's housing. Bounce houses with an "N" at the end of either model number on the fan are not included in this recall. The Castle Kingdom and Jump 'N' Kingdom are approximately 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet high. The Bounce 'N' Playhouse is about 8 feet long, 11 feet wide, and 9 feet high.
