This recall involves the HP Photosmart R707 digital camera. The HP logo and the model name and number are printed on the front of the camera.
The recalled product is the Nexgrill Model 720-0025 Gas Grill. The stainless steel grill is designed to be used with propane gas. The name of the grill is located at the left corner of the exterior of the main burner lid. The serial number is printed on the CSA sticker, which is located behind the door. A temperature gauge is located at the center of the main burner lid.
The smokers cook food slowly at lower temperatures and use wood chips to produce smoke inside the unit for flavor. Wood chips are placed inside the smoker and heated using an electric burner element to produce smoldering coals. The electric smokehouse model ESQ30B has a black powder coated outer shell with the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse logo on the front door. The electric smokehouse model ESQ30S has a stainless steel outer shell with the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse logo on the front door. The model number is located on a metal plate on the back of the unit.
The recalled models are the In-Ceiling Speaker, NS-IW360C, which is round; and the In-Wall Speaker, NS-IW660, which is rectangular. Both models have a white rim and grill, and black interior. Each individual speaker has its own unique serial number. The model and serial numbers appear both on the box and on the speakers. The recalled pacifiers are rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue plastic guard. The cardboard packaging has a picture of a baby, some toy blocks, a toy train engine and a diaper pin with a bear on it. The pacifiers are sold in packs of two. Writing on the front of the packaging includes, "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers" and "BI194." The back of the packaging has an American flag and the writing, "AN AMERICAN COMPANY."
The recalled mirror is double-sided, lighted, and has three touch control settings. It has a metal stand with a brushed silver-colored finish. The mirror is 6.5 inches in diameter and has regular side and a magnified side. Model number DK-00118/H-1698-0 is on the bottom of the mirror's base. "Touch lighting with 3 settings" is printed on a white sticker on the top of the mirror's base.
The recalled lighting fixtures are designed for areas that require low mounting heights and are used in parking garages, stairwells, entrances or aisles. The fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is approximately 13 inches. The TGL and TGR series fixtures are not included in this recall, as these fixtures have a different mounting mechanism.
The Prowler XT was produced in three colors: Green, Cat Green and Red. The vehicles have the words "Arctic Cat" printed on each side of the cargo box and the name "Prowler XT" centered on the front of the hood. The affected units are all 2006 Prowler XT vehicles with VIN range of 4UF06MPVO6T300001 through 4UF06MPV16T302369. The VIN is located on the rear upper-frame tube of the vehicle near the rear of the cargo box, and on the registration materials the consumer received at the time of purchase. Consumers need only refer to the last six digits of the VIN to determine if the vehicle is included in this recall. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The recall involves the ANGAR (#200.301.24) and SAMLAS (#900.524.43) outdoor candles. The candle's container is made of silver-colored metal and measures about four inches wide by two inches high. The container is filled with white wax. The candle's wick is about ½ inch square and is made of brown fiberboard. They were sold in packages of six candles. The candle name and article number (#) is written on the instructions for use accompanying the candles.
The recall involves two models of tree stands: the Ameristep Patriot Hang-On Tree Stand has model number 7300, and the Outfitter Hang-On Tree Stand has model number 7310. These products are fixed-position, strap-on tree stands. The UPC number of the model 7300 is 769524703001. The UPC number of model 7310 is 769524703100. The model number and UPC are not written on the tree stands, but can be found on the packaging.
The recall involves sling swing seats sold as an accessory with Carnival, Sunshine, and Rainbow Series residential play structures manufactured by Rainbow Play Systems, Inc. The seats are about 25 inches in length and were sold in red, yellow, blue and green with 64-inch yellow or green dipped chains. The seats have pointed ends with three black dots and black grommets. Printed on the seat bottom is: Warning Improper installation maintenance, vandalism, or misuse can lead to serious injury. Play structures with the sling swings contain a metal plate on the main beam with the writing, "Rainbow Play Systems Inc. 1-800-RAINBOW."
The ladders were included with Aqua® Leisure Simple-Set® inflatable pools that range from 12 to 18 feet in diameter. The white metal arched ladders have two, three or four plastic blue steps on each side of the arch with two blue cross bars just above the top step. White plastic and metal clips are used to connect the steps to the ladder. Each step is molded with the words "Aqua® Leisure."
The recalled swing set models include: The Durango, Tacoma, Odyssey, Bellvue, Monarch, Grand Teton and Outlook II. The swing sets are made of wood, and feature various types of slides, swings and a fabric canopy over part of the structure. The recalled Menorah is an eight-branch candleholder designed to resemble M&M'S® Brand candies. On each end of the Menorah is an M&M'S® Brand character holding a Star of David.

The recalled bracelets and necklaces are gold or silver with charms. The charms include a yellow painted metal shirt with "Viva La Juicy" printed on the front, a cheerleader's megaphone with the word "Juicy," a green heart with "Juicy Couture," a black dog, the letter "J," and a purple flower. The jewelry is sold in a pink box with "Juicy Couture" and "Made with Love G&P" printed on the top. Style numbers YJRU0722, YJRU0723, YJR0724 and YJRU0538 are included in this recall. The style number is printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the pink jewelry box.
The recalled Fireplace in a Box kit includes a 2.5-inch high by 2.5-inch wide plastic fireplace that resembles stone masonry with a black mantle, a tea light candle to fit inside the fireplace, and a small booklet "Fireplace in a Box." "Fireplace in a Box," "Mega Mini Kits," and "ISBN 0-7624-1603-3" are printed on the fireplace's packaging.
