Rear-Engine Riding Mowers The recalled riding lawn mowers have 30" cutting decks. The mowers were sold under Murray, Murray Select, Craftsman and Wizard brand names. The brand name is printed on the front or side of the mowers. Model numbers can be found under the seat or on a nameplate on the rear of the mower. Models included in this recall include: They were sold in four styles: 30560 30560x5 30560x60 30560x99 30565 30575x7 30575x8 30575x31 30577x7 30577x8 30577x31 502.251250 502.256210 502.256220 502.270210 502.270211 536.270212 MOM6115A59 MOM6115A89 Mid-Engine Riding Mowers The recalled mid-engine riding mowers have 30" cutting decks and the brand names "Murray" and "Yard King" printed on the front. A nameplate under the seat of the mower displays the model number. Models involved in this recall are 309005X10, 309304X8 and 309306X89.
The recall includes all 1999 through 2001 model BikeE bicycles with 27- inch-tall seat backs, silver-colored seat frames with black mesh seat backs. "BikeE" is written on the frame of these bicycles. Recumbent BikeE bicycles with seat backs lower than 27 inches are not included in this recall. Seats with silver-colored rings around the black plastic clamps that attach the seat to the frame of the bicycle have been repaired or are not part of the recall. CPSC and BikeE announced the recall of 700 recumbent tandem bicycles on November 14, 2001, because the steerer tube on the front forks could separate.
All the recalled Dansk ice cream scoops are made of aluminum and have a 4.5-inch handle. They were sold in four styles: the plain 3.5- inch spade, the plain 2.5-inch scoop, the Penguin-shaped 2.5-inch scoop and the Snowman-shaped 2.5-inch scoop. Each of the scoops is silver colored. The plain scoop and plain spade have the word "DANSK" written on the handle. Ice cream scoops sold by Dansk with a black cap at the end of the handle are not part of this recall.
The recall includes Revolution®, Rebel™ and Solaris™ model Spiral SawTM power tools. The brand name and "ROTOZIP SPIRAL SAW" are written on the side of the tools. The saws are mostly black or red. The recalled portable compressors have single-phase electric motors up to 3hp or gasoline engines up to 8hp with tank sizes up to 30 gallons. The compressors were marketed under various brand names, including Ajax, Charge Air Pro, Energair, Guardian Power, MacTool, Power Force, Rallye, Rand 4000, and Steel Driver. The compressors have serial numbers beginning with the prefix "C" or "DC". The model numbers begin with the following prefixes - 1B, 1D, 1E, 1I, 2B, 2D, 2E, 3B, 3D, 3E, 4B, 4E, 5E, 5G, 15E, 23HP, 75, 75E, 250E, AB, AIR, AJ, C, CAP, CB, CL, CO, CP, CR, CS, CT, EA, GC, GP, HP, HPC, IR, IRC, LTD, MT, OI, PF, RA, RL, RP, RY, SC, SDS, SE, THP, and WB. Model and serial numbers are located on a plate or sticker attached to the outside housing of the air compressor. On some oil-less models, the model and serial numbers are affixed to an internal floor baffle, beneath a removable plastic cabinet. Air compressor receiver tanks do not have an infinite life. Tank life is dependent upon several factors, some of which include operating conditions, ambient conditions, proper installations, field modifications, and the level of maintenance. The exact effect of these factors on air receiver life is difficult to predict. Due to the current age of these products, Ingersoll-Rand is voluntarily undertaking this action to take these products out of service.
These red metal gas grills have a tripod stand. They have a logo on the label of the lid and grill base, showing a devil cooking at a grill with the writing, "Red Devil." The lid also reads "The Portable Outdoor Kitchen." Components sold with the grill include a heat plate, an oversized skillet with handles, a table-safe serving trivet, and carrying totes.
The Snack and Activity Tray can attach to high chairs, strollers, swings and other flat surfaces. There are four toys on each tray, including a toucan with a rainbow colored beak, a clear ball with colored beads inside, a yellow star with a mirror on one side and a green dog. "Mix 'N Move™" is molded on the toucan, ball and dog. The toys are removable and interchangeable with other Mix 'N Move™ toys, which are purchased separately.
The knife blocks are constructed of wood and designed to be portable or wall mounted. The recalled knife blocks are in the Cutco Space Saver Set. The Space Saver Set contains five knives, a sharpener, and the knife block. Only the knife block is involved in this recall; the knives are not part of this recall.
The recalled kettles are stainless steel, have a glass cover, and have the model number 4302, which is located on the bottom of the kettle. The kettles, which can hold 2 quarts of water, also have the name "Calphalon" printed on the glass cover. Kettles that have a green sticker next to the bar code on the bottom of the box contain retrofitted covers and are not included in this recall.
There are 17 models of the pedal cars included in the recall. Models include three fire trucks, four police cars, eight sedans, one yellow taxi, and one dump truck. Model names are listed below: Fire Trucks: "Fire Truck," "John Deere" and "Texaco." Police Cars: "NYPD," "Chicago Police," "Highway Patrol" and "EMERGENCY 911." Sedans: pink "Champion," blue "Champion," "Texaco," "John Deere," "Citgo," "Raley's Coca-Cola," "Raley's Keebler," and "Red Lion." All of the pedal cars are made of metal and come in a variety of colors. Most of the cars have a "Gearbox" logo on the seat back, the hubcaps, and/or the pedals.
The board books are constructed of heavy cardboard with Monsters Inc. cartoon characters on each page. The title "MONSTERS IN THE CLOSET" is printed with orange letters highlighted in yellow on the front cover of the books. The books have a hole at the top of the back cover, to allow them to hang on a door knob. The books have been printed in English and Spanish languages. "Made in China" is printed on the back of the book.
The plush, cream-colored bears come in three sizes: a 5-inch bean bear, an 8-inch bean bear and a 10-inch stuffed bear. The 5-inch bears come in four styles: Pajama Bear wears blue, one-piece pajamas with a yellow moon and star design; Nightcap Bear wears a blue nightcap with a yellow moon and star design; Purple Blanket Bear holds a purple blanket; Pink Blanket Bear holds a pink blanket. The 8-inch bean bear is made of terry or plush fabric. The 10-inch plain stuffed bear is in a sitting position and has tan paws and ears. All the bears have tags that read "Snuggle®" and "Made in China." No other Snuggle Bears are involved in this recall.
The Zowie's 123 book is a twelve page white board book that measures 6.5 inches by 6.5 inches, with a yellow plastic abacus-like toy attached to the back book cover. The abacus toy has five small beads: blue, green, red, yellow and orange. The beads slide along a plastic track. The book is based on the Rolie, Polie, Olie television series and depicts the Zowie character on its cover. The book can be identified with the ISBN code number 078683307-6, found on the back cover in the bottom corner.
The recall includes two separate garments sold as sets. One garment is a lavender-colored velour jumpsuit with a floral printed rib knit top. The other garment is a lavender-colored French terry and velour top with printed rib knit bottom. Only jumpsuits with style numbers 516-8240 and 516-8340 and top and bottom sets with style numbers 516-8241 and 516-8341 are included in the recall. Both garments have felt fabric flowers on the front bodice. The jumpsuit has one large purple flower and two teal colored leaves on the front. The top has one large purple flower and two small blue flowers on each side. A label sewn on the inside neck of the garments reads in part "Baby OshKosh B'Gosh®," and "Made in Malaysia." Both garments were sold in sizes 0-3, 3-6, and 6-9 months.
The recalled candle lanterns are approximately 5", 7", and 9" square. They are made of rustproof galvanized steel, lined with glass panels and a hanger at the top. Each lantern has a holder for placing a candle inside the lantern.
Applica made and sold these toasters under the Black & Decker® brand. The recall includes both two-slice and four-slice Black & Decker® brand VersaToast™ wide-slot toasters. "BLACK & DECKER®," "VersaToast™" and "WIDE SLOT" are written on the side of the toaster, near the cooking controls. The toasters have either white or black plastic enclosures. They have model number T1200, T1250, T1400 or T1450 written on the bottom of the toaster.
The recalled HZ-514 HCP baseboard heaters are about 40 inches long, 8 inches tall, and 4 inches wide, at their widest point. The white baseboard heaters have the name "Honeywell" printed on the front of the unit. The recalled heaters have: - a six-digit date code beginning with "97" on a sticker on the back or the bottom of the unit, or - a date code beginning with the digit "8" or "9" stamped on the flat metal prong of the electrical cord's plug, or - a date code beginning with the digits "00" stamped on the flat metal prong of the electrical cord's plug and "TYPE I" or nothing stamped on the bottom of the unit. Baseboard heaters with "01" stamped on the metal prong of the electrical plug or "TYPE II" stamped on the bottom of the unit are not included in this recall.
The recalled ranges are 48-inch All-Gas Professional Ranges and were sold under the Thermador brand name. The ranges are stainless steel and have small and large side-by-side ovens. Only model numbers PRG484GGUS, PRG486GDUS, and PRG486GLUS and serial number ranges 98020001-98129999, 99010001-99129999, 20010001-20129999 and 81010001- 81119999 are included in the recall. The model and serial number are located on a data plate behind the kick panel at the bottom front of the range.
The recalled dehumidifiers were sold under the Whirlpool, Kenmore and ComfortAire brand names. The dehumidifiers are white plastic, about 2 feet high and have a front-mounted water bucket. They have serial numbers that begin with QG, QH, QJ, QK or QL. The serial number can be found on a label located on the wall behind the water bucket. Dehumidifiers with water buckets located in back are not involved in the recall.
The recalled lighters are black with a chrome finished flame guard and a red gas control lever on the top. They are about six inches high and 1 3/8" in diameter and "TAIWAN" is imprinted on the chrome metal bottom. A half-inch metal screw facing back serves as an ignition button.
