The recalled notebook computer models are the VAIO VGN-TZ100 series, VGN-TZ200 series, VGN-TZ300 series and VGN-TZ2000 series. The computers' screen size is about 11.1" measured diagonally. Not all units are affected; consumers should contact Sony to determine if their unit is included in the recall.
The recalled pewter pendants were sold in a collection of 12 pendants. The pendants were sold separately and on candles of various colors and scents.
The recalled cordless screwdrivers are green and gray in color. "MASTERFORCE" is printed on the top of the tool. "LITHIUM-ION TECHNOLOGY" and "241-0717" are printed on the handle.
The recall involves girls' Circo bobbie socks. The socks were sold in packs of six (pink, purple, plain white and three pairs with a box), ranging in size from 6 to 12 months, 12 to 24 months and 2T to 5T. The socks are packaged in a green and white sleeve with a Circo-brand logo on the front.
The recalled carriers were sold under the "Action Baby Carrier" brand name. The carriers are sold in various colors and patterns: blue, brown, green, "so square", "the larrisa" and "spring breeze."
This recall involves the SlyDog™ Retractable Dog Leash with a metal clasp. The leash has a handle composed of a blue plastic case with a black plastic grip. The leash is made of a black woven strap and measures approximately one-half inch wide. The end of the leash has a metal clasp which connects to the dog's collar. The SlyDog™ retractable leashes with a plastic clasp are not included in this recall.
The recall involves bicycles with Deda Forza black carbon fiber handlebar stems in gloss finish. "Deda Forza" is printed on the handlebar stem. Deda Forza black carbon fiber handlebar stems in matte finish are not included in this recall.
This recall involves the following Wolf Appliance 48-Inch gas ranges with model numbers: P48, PS48 and R48. The gas ranges are stainless steel with a double oven. A "Wolf" appliance logo is on the front of the larger oven door.
This recall involves the Rapid Reel® portable garden hose reel carts and wagons. The cart has two tires and the wagon has four. The tires have a white plastic rim and a steel ball bearing hub or a black plastic bearing hub.
The cotton knit sweaters are cream colored with a blue stripe at the wrists and waist, a blue ball on the hood, and blue buttons. There is a drawstring through the hood with pom-poms at the ends. The sweaters were sold in children's size 2T under the brand name "Empress Arts." "Empress Baby" is sewn into the sweater's tag.
The recalled accessory bags are made of plastic and have a zipper and carrying handle. The bags come with an assortment of cosmetic products, which are not part of this recall. The model name and UPC numbers are located on the hangtag. The recalled baby hammock is cream-colored canvas and hangs from a wooden pole. The hammock measures about 29 x 43 inches. It has three restraint straps with red buckles and is attached to a cushioned pad for the infant. A mounting fixture, also called a fixing set, is sold with the hammock. "La Siesta" is printed on a tag located below the restraint straps. Model number YABP-1 is printed on a white tag sewn into the hammock's side seam.
The recalled countertop water dispensers include the following Vitapur, Greenway and Polar models. They dispense hot or cold water and use three- or five-gallon water bottles. The model name is printed on the front of the dispenser's base. Model and serial numbers are printed on a white label on the back of the dispenser's base. File number 218326 is printed on a silver sticker on the back of the dispenser's base. The recalled polariscopes are white in color with model number 415000 or 415 printed on the underside of the instrument. A polariscope is an instrument used by gemologists to assist in gem identification.
The Simplicity 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 convertible bassinets contain metal bars that are covered by an adjustable fabric flap which is fastened by Velcro over the bars (see first picture). Models that have been modified or redesigned so that the fabric is permanently attached and stitched over the lower bar creating a barrier are not included in this recall (see second picture).
The recalled garments were sold in children's sizes small, medium and large in the following colors: white, ivory, red, black, navy, brown, green, charcoal, blue, and pink. "BAC" is printed on the sewn-in tag on some of the garments. "Breckenridge", "Keystone", "Jackson Hole", "Vail", "Steamboat", and "Mackinac Island" is printed on the front of the garments.
The recalled single strollers all have metal frames with three wheels, a cloth seat and canopy. The twin strollers have a metal frame with four wheels, side-by-side cloth seats and double sun canopies. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including red, orange, green, black, charcoal and navy. The Phil & Teds logo is located on the crotch piece of the harness.

The recall involves the Hi-Bay Indoor High-Intensity Discharge (HID) Fixtures, model numbers PG16A and PG21A. The fixture is intended for high-mounting heights (at least 20 feet above floor level) and is used in retail, warehouse and heavy manufacturing locations. The fixture's housing is made of die-cast aluminum.
The recall includes 5.0 kW Amana-brand, Comfort-Aire-brand and Century-brand PTAC units with model numbers PTxxx3x50xx (Amana) and EKTxxx-150x (Comfort-Aire and Century), and serial numbers 0702112056 through 0804237539. The model and serial numbers are located on the control board plate found under the PTAC unit's front cover.
