General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Cadillac XT5 and 2024-2025 Cadillac XT6 vehicles. The instrument panel may not illuminate when the hazard warning lights, high beams, or turn signals are activated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 101, "Controls and Displays" and 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Assoc. Equipment."
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2025 International HV, LT, MV, and RH trucks. Tie rod assemblies may contain ball studs that may have been incorrectly heat-treated, which can cause them to break, and possibly result in tie rod failure.
This recall involves Global Homes USA Cedona Natural View six-drawer dressers, with model 33117082. The product is about 68 inches long by 18 inches wide by 36 inches tall, and weighs approximately 238 pounds. The product has a white label on the back of the dresser that has the model number 33117082 printed on it in black ink.
Hendrickson USA. LLC (Hendrickson) is recalling certain Composolite EXS20 steerable lift axle suspension assemblies. The tie rod assembly ball stud could have been improperly heat treated and can fail.
This recall involves TRUBLUE iQ Auto Belay Devices, which enable climbers to safely descend while climbing. The TRUBLUE iQ is gray with blue handles and a gray sash on the front cover. The TRUBLUE IQ+ has an added catch-and-hold brake on the front. The LT versions of the iQ and iQ+ have blue tags above the blue webbing hand grip; the XL versions have a purple tag. This recall involves lavender scented candles in a round wooden bread bowl. These three-wick candles weigh about 8 ounces and contain three strands of lavender on top. "CBOCS Distribution, Inc." and UPC 197712076826 are reflected on the label printed on the underside of the candle, as well as a warning on how to prevent fires.
This recall involves JoyJolt Declan Single-Wall Glass Coffee Mugs with model number JG10242. They were sold in a 16 oz. size as a set of six. The recalled glasses are clear with a handle. The model numbers are printed on the product packaging and the order confirmation.
This recall involves all Ascent and Venturist Series 8-ounce blending containers, 20-ounce blending containers, and blade bases, including those that were repaired as part of a previous recall in August 2018. The clear containers and black blade bases are included with certain Vitamix Venturist and Ascent Series blenders, such as the Venturist V1200, Ascent A2300, Ascent A2500, Ascent A3300, and Ascent A3500 blenders; and also sold separately, as sets, or bundles in various configurations. The Vitamix logo is printed on the blending container.
This recall involves toy Theefun Kids Gardening Tools sets with the model number HJL-001. The kids' tools were sold in a pack of five different garden tools with wooden handles, and brown handle string on each handle. The tools measure about 27 inches in length.
This recall involves all Cinmar Frontgate Resort Collection Newport Aluminum Chaises (SKU 67333), sold in sets of two and in five different colors: architectural bronze, champagne silver, cobalt, matte black and matte white; and Frontgate Resort Collection Newport Teak Chaises (SKU 166218), sold in sets of two in weathered and natural finishes. The chaises are reclining outdoor lounge chairs measuring about 51 inches long and 31 inches wide, with a powder-coated aluminum or teak frame, a chaise-style seat, and a backrest made of mesh. The chaises have an adjustable backrest that reclines to four positions, from upright to fully reclined. "FRONTGATE" is printed in black lettering on a silver badge at the back of the chair.

Only the following lot numbers are included in this recall: 35-22, 40-22, 15-23, 20-23, 25-23, 30-23, 35-23, and 40-23. The products were sold in blue, red, and black. This recall involves Yeti Link Expansion Modules along with EC8 power cables. They were sold as kits and also sold separately. The modules and cables were used in homes and installed in vehicles. For vehicles, the module allows consumers to wire the modules to the vehicle alternator to enable the battery to charge while the vehicle is running. In homes, the modules and cables allow consumers to connect additional batteries to the Yeti Power Station/Generator. Yeti Link Modules with model number 98200 or 98210 and Goal Zero are printed on the module. Rivian Automotive, LLC. (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2023 R1S and R1T vehicles. The maximum vehicle capacity weight value on the tire placard label is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
