Model J Series dry fire sprinklers come in pendent, upright, and sidewall configurations. The name "Globe," the letter "J" and the year of manufacture (1990 though 1999) are embossed on the frame of each sprinkler. These dry sprinklers were designed to be installed in areas of buildings where the sprinklers or water supply pipes may be subject to freezing, such as unheated attics, freezers and coolers, parking garages, porches and warehouses.
The earrings are oval-shaped, silver-colored studs. "ACCESSORIES" is printed on the front of the earrings' packaging. Kmart is printed on the back.
The cooktop has electric and induction heating elements with a black ceramic glass surface. This recall involves model numbers CIT302DS/01 and CIT362DS/01 with date codes between 8606 and 8612. The model number and date code can be found on the underside of the cooktop.
The recalled Baby Long Johns are red with snap fasteners down the front and along the legs. A personalized embroidery is stitched across the button-up back flap on the long johns. The long johns were sold in sizes 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
The paper party hats involved in this recall measure 6.5 inches high by 4.5 inches wide and are cone shaped. The blue paper hats have "1st" printed on the front and blue foil fringe glued to the bottom.
The product is a plastic flashing eyeball toy filled with liquid. The model numbers of this product are: 27828, 27544 and 06470. The model number is found on the back of the packaging. The writing on the packaging reads, "FLASHING EVIL EYE," and "TRY ME!"
This recall includes 36-inch and 48-inch stainless steel Monogram Pro ranges with griddles. They are fueled either by LP or natural gas and manufactured from October 2005 through May 16, 2006. The recall includes the following ranges: Models ZDP48N6DHSS, ZDP48L6DHSS, ZDP36N4DHSS and ZDP36L4DHSS. The recalled range models have a serial letter plus serial number combination as shown below. The recalled cribs are part of the Nursery-in-a-Box furniture set which also includes a changing table and clothing organizer. The cribs are cherry, white or natural in color. Only model numbers 8910 and 8050 with serial numbers 3005 HY through 0806 HY are included in this recall. The model and serial numbers are printed on an envelope permanently attached to the mattress support. "Simplicity," model and serial numbers are also printed on a label on the bottom rail of the headboard.
Cranksets are the gears at the front of the bicycle chain with pedals attached to the outer ends. The crankset spins on a bearing and axle assembly called a bottom bracket. The recalled cranksets are two-piece carbon cranksets with an integrated aluminum bottom bracket. The NRS Sea Kayak Paddle Float is an inflatable device that is attached to one side of the paddle to help the kayaker re-enter the kayak in open water. The paddle float is yellow and black and measures 15" wide by 28" long, before inflation. The NRS logo is on one side. This recall involves those paddle floats with inflation tubes that are clear or translucent. Paddle floats with black tubes are not included.
This recall involves the Vivre Royale Pine Cone Candle, Item Number 41419. The item number is located on the packaging of the product. The warning label on the bottom of the packaging states "Made in China. Royal Products Inc." The candle is shaped like a pine cone. The candle wax is purple inside and the coating on the outside of the candle is brown and gold. There are small clear beads all over the outside of the candle.
The recall involves the HO110 Swivels sold as an aftermarket regulator component. There are no markings such as a date or production code embossed on the unit. Contact Innovative Scuba Concepts for information on where the recalled units were sold.
The Sleigh Round Crib, model #2005, measures approximately 42 inches in diameter, is made of solid wood and comes in a mahogany finish. The crib has four posts that are 31 inches in height and a portion of the side of the crib can be raised and lowered.
Some of the recalled necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and charms are metallic, multi-colored, and have "High School Musical" or pictures of "High School Musical" actors printed on them. Others have frogs, hearts, stars, dogs with dog bones, flowers, and monkeys that hang from silver, black or brown chains or cords.
Only certain model year 2006 Polaris Hawkeye ATVs produced prior to January 30, 2006 are included in this recall. Consumers should contact Polaris to identify whether their model is part of the recall. All serial number ranges of the Hawkeye 2x4 model number A06LB27AA and the Hawkeye 4x4 model number A06LD27AA/AB/AC are included. The serial number (VIN) identification decal is located under the right-hand front fender and stamped on the lower portion of the frame, behind the left front wheel.

This recall involves Marker M1 Demo ski bindings, which fit only on certain K2 skis with the K2/Marker Mod integrated mounting system. These bindings will not mount on other skis. Consumer versions of Marker ski bindings do not have a gray boot sole length adjustment lever on the back of the heel and are not included in this Recall Alert.
This recall involves Portable Rainforest Take Along Swings with a palm tree mobile and two hanging plush toys. The swings are approximately 23-inches-high and have two carry handles on the left and right sides. Model numbers K7203, K7192 and K7195 are included in the recall. Model numbers are located under the right handle on the swing. No other collection of Rainforest swings or products is included in this recall.
The recalled decorative toy drums are made of wood and come with two wooden drum sticks. The sides of the drums are painted blue with white stars and the tops and bottoms feature an antique U.S. flag decoration. The Eli's Small Drum measures 4 ¾ inches in diameter and 3 ½ inches tall. The Liberty's Large Drum measures 6 ¾ inches in diameter and 4 inches tall. The Eli's Small Drum has item number 654933 printed on its hangtag and packaging. The Liberty's Large Drum has item number 654934 printed on its hangtag and packaging. The drums are packaged and sold separately.
