THINK NORTH AMERICA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 THINK CITY VEHICLES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 208, "OCCUPANT CRASH PROTECTION." THE SEAT BELTS MAY HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. AS A RESULT, A CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM USED IN THE PASSENGER SEATING POSITION MAY NOT BE POSITIONED OR RETAINED PROPERLY.
WEBASTO PRODUCT NORTH AMERICA, INC. (WEBASTO) IS RECALLING CERTAIN HOLLANDIA 700 AND 600 SERIES AND HOLLANDIA TVS 900 SERIES SUNROOFS INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT BY AUTO TRIM DESIGN OF CENTRAL VA, INC. ON VARIOUS PASSENGER VEHICLES. THE ADHESIVE BOND BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE METAL FRAME CAN DEBOND INCREASING THE RISK THAT THE SUNROOF GLASS WOULD SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE. COMPLETE GLASS-TO-FRAME DEBONDING CAN DEVELOP GRADUALLY AND MAY BE EVIDENCED BY METAL CORROSION AROUND THE SUNROOF FRAME, WIND NOISE, VIBRATION, VISUAL BOND SEPARATION AND/OR WATER LEAKAGE.
The recalled product is a black plastic device that screws into the drain hole of a swimming pool or spa circulation pump. As part of the circulation systems, the device is designed to release the vacuum in a drain line whenever a submerged drain cover of a swimming pool or spa is completely covered. The recalled product has model number SVRS10ADJ and only involves the following serial numbers found on the weather-proof label attached to the top of every unit: 061040994 through 061041353 071040437 through 071040536 071040570 through 071040574 071040627 through 071041125 081040001 through 081040667
This recall involves all 2010 Arctic Cat Z1, TZ1, F, Bearcat, M, and CF model snowmobiles. All variations of color and model features of the models listed are included in this recall. The model name is indicated on the side of vehicle, in the registration materials and owner's manual.
SHOWHAULER IS RECALLING CERTAIN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 1200-SERIES NORCOLD REFRIGERATORS. THE POPULATION OF REFRIGERATORS BEING ADDRESSED CONTAINS EITHER A SENSING ALGORITHM OR THERMAL SWITCH TO SHUT OFF POWER TO THE REFRIGERATOR WHEN HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE DETECTED IN ORDER TO PREVENT A POTENTIAL FIRE. THE RESPONSE TIMES OF THE SENSOR ALGORITHM AND THERMAL SWITCH DEVICES TO STOP POWER ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.
The recalled inverter converts solar photovoltaic voltages into utility grid voltages; allowing the owner to feed power into the electrical grid. The recalled units were manufactured between September 2005 and August 2010. These products were sold under the Xantrex, Sunpower, and General Electric brands. The brand name is printed on the front of the unit. FOREST RIVER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 SALEM TRAVEL TRAILERS MANUFACTURED FROM SEPTEMBER 25, 2009, THROUGH JANUARY 13, 2011. THE BOTTOM LEAF ON THE LEAF SPRINGS MAY ROTATE OUT OF POSITION AND MAKE CONTACT WITH THE TIRE.
The recalled Youth Rip Stop hooded wind rain jackets are lightweight jackets sold in sizes 2/4, 6/8, 10/12 and 14/16 in red, Royal (blue), and Leaf (green).
This recall involves children's hooded, zippered sweatshirts with drawstrings through the hood. The cotton sweatshirts are olive green with an eagle on the front and the words "Hero by Choice" and "Alpha." They were sold in sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10/12. "Alpha Industries" and "RN#35569" are printed on a label sewn into the neck of the sweatshirts.
The Cool-it Soother teething ring is clear and is attached to a green plastic handle in the shape of the character "Gnon."
This recall involves the Prisma and Duo style wooden baby rattles with multi-colored beads. The Prisma rattle is shaped as a bell with a loop handle and has style number 10331. The rattle measures about 3¾ inches long. "Prisma" and the style number can be found on the packaging. The Duo rattle is two interlocked rings with red and blue bead accents. "Duo" and style number 10333 is printed on the packaging.
This recall involves a red and blue plastic battery-operated toy mobile phone with a small, clear antenna, buttons numbered "1, 2, 3, 4 and Play," a screen with a boy's face and the words "hello! hola! bonjour!" Only model number 1231 is involved in this recall. The model number is printed on the toy's packaging. "Discovery Toys" is stamped into the red plastic on the back of the toy.
FOREST RIVER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009-2011 R-POD TRAVEL TRAILERS MANUFACTURED FROM OCTOBER 27, 2008, THROUGH NOVEMBER 20, 2010, FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." THESE VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE LIGHTS.

BALDWIN FILERS IS RECALLING CERTAIN AFTERMARKET OIL FILTERS, PART NUMBER P7405, PRODUCED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 2009 AND NOVEMBER 2010, DESIGNED FOR USE IN LARGE TRUCKS AND OTHER LARGE VEHICLES, SPECIFICALLY FOR USE IN TWO ENGINE MODELS MANUFACTURED BY DETROIT DIESEL CORPORATION (ENGINE MODELS DD13 AND DD15). IN COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE MEDIA IN THE OIL FILTER FAILS, CAUSING AN ADHESIVE BEAD TO POTENTIALLY TRAVEL INTO THE OIL STREAM AND BLOCK THE FLOW OF OIL.
MCI IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 D4500, D4505, AND D4000 MOTOR COACHES. THE AFFECTED PULLEY COVERS MAY LACK CERTAIN WELDS REQUIRED TO KEEP THE COVERS ATTACHED TO THE COACH STRUCTURE.
This recall involves all White-Rodgers programmable thermostats with model numbers 1F88-XXX and 1F85RF-275 and date codes beginning with 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 1001 through 1039. The model number is printed on the thermostat's front pull-down panel door. The date code is located inside the removable front cover. White-Rodgers and/or the utility company's name and logo are printed on the front of the thermostat. These thermostats were able to be controlled by power companies in homes that took part in energy demand reduction programs.
This recall involves 30-pint and 40-pint portable dehumidifiers manufactured between November 2006 and August 2007, and during April 2008. The dehumidifiers are white with a front-loading water bucket. "GE" or "Professional Series" and digital controls are located on top of the dehumidifier. Model and serial numbers are located on the back of the dehumidifiers. SPARTAN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008 AND 2009 FURION INCOMPLETE EMERGENCY/RESCUE VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM NOVEMBER 5, 2007, THROUGH AUGUST 8, 2009, EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR C7 ENGINES. THE #5 AND #6 FUEL LINES MAY CRACK AT THE FASTENING POINT TO THE COMMON FUEL RAIL AND CAUSE A FUEL LEAK.
