REV Ambulance Group Orlando, Inc. (REVO) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Type I and Type IX emergency vehicles equipped with outriggers. The outrigger bolts may not be properly tightened, which can cause the module box to detach, or cause failure of the outrigger.

As such, these emergency exit windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
Lion Electric Company (Lion Electric) is recalling certain 2023-2024 LionC school buses. The controller area network (CAN) connector for the high-voltage battery number 4 was incorrectly installed, which can allow water to accumulate and cause a lost connection with the battery.

The driver and passenger side curtain air bags may not unroll as intended and could partially deploy outside of an open window. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

The product has a white label on the back of the dresser that has the model number 33117082 printed on it in black ink.
Hendrickson USA. LLC (Hendrickson) is recalling certain Composolite EXS20 steerable lift axle suspension assemblies. The tie rod assembly ball stud could have been improperly heat treated and can fail.
This recall involves Yeti Link Expansion Modules along with EC8 power cables. They were sold as kits and also sold separately. The modules and cables were used in homes and installed in vehicles. For vehicles, the module allows consumers to wire the modules to the vehicle alternator to enable the battery to charge while the vehicle is running. In homes, the modules and cables allow consumers to connect additional batteries to the Yeti Power Station/Generator. Yeti Link Modules with model number 98200 or 98210 and Goal Zero are printed on the module. This recall involves myCharge POWER HUB All-In-One 10,000mAh portable chargers with model numbers AO10FK-A, AO10FK-B, and AO10FK-C. The portable chargers are black and include two attached cables for charging portable electronic devices, and retractable wall prongs to recharge the power bank. "myCharge" is printed on the front surface along the long edge. The model number is printed on the back. The recalled portable chargers have a date code printed on the outer surface of the wall prong. Date codes are a 4-digit number in the WWYY format, where WW is the sequential week of the year and YY is the last two digits of the manufacturing year. Date codes included in this recall end with 21 or 22, or are one of the following four date codes ending in 23: 0123, 0923, 1523, or 1723.
This recall involves lavender scented candles in a round wooden bread bowl. These three-wick candles weigh about 8 ounces and contain three strands of lavender on top. "CBOCS Distribution, Inc." and UPC 197712076826 are reflected on the label printed on the underside of the candle, as well as a warning on how to prevent fires.
This recall involves all Ascent and Venturist Series 8-ounce blending containers, 20-ounce blending containers, and blade bases, including those that were repaired as part of a previous recall in August 2018. The clear containers and black blade bases are included with certain Vitamix Venturist and Ascent Series blenders, such as the Venturist V1200, Ascent A2300, Ascent A2500, Ascent A3300, and Ascent A3500 blenders; and also sold separately, as sets, or bundles in various configurations. The Vitamix logo is printed on the blending container.
