Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Aurora and Coachmen Catalina Travel Trailers. Improper routing may leave the distribution panel wire unprotected from the battery.

The reason for the recall is one of the test pads, for the parameter leukocytes, was missing on some of the test strips. The issue was identified by a consumer by way of a Henry Schein Inc. (HSI) customer complaint. This problem can potentially result in the possibility that the parameter leucocytes (a non-specific marker for urinary track infections and an indicator for inflammatory renal processes) is interpreted instrumentally as a false negative. The following HSI item number and lot number were affected: Urispec 11-Way, #102-2285, LOT 65402.

They were sold in the following prints: Sushi, S'mores, Heart Pops, Rainbow Sky, Popcorn, Puppy Love, Race Car, Sports, Beach Day, Summer Treats, Pasta, Cherry Berry, Love Potion, With the Band, Recycle, Halloween, Birthday Treats, Build-a-Block, Blue Gummy Bears, Gingerbread, Helicopters, Hanukkah Penguins, Rainbow Hearts and Vacation Vibes. The pajama sets were sold in sizes 12 Months to 9/10. The size, "Made In Indonesia", "RN64664", "48% Cotton/47% Modal/5% Spandex", and washing instructions are printed on the neck label. No side seam label is found on the product.

Terex Advance Mixer, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023 Commander vehicles equipped with Composilite SC20 Lift Axles. The bearing journals may not be fully seated in the steering knuckle assemblies, preventing the proper installation of the wheel end hub assemblies.
This recall involves the Hand Bed Rail (model P1410), Hand Bed Rail with Pouch (model P1410-P), Hand Bed Rail with Floor Support (model P1411), and Hand Bed Rail with Floor Support with Pouch (model P1411-P). The name "Essential Medical Supply, Inc." and the model number are printed on a label located on the grip handle of the bed rails. The rails are made of either chrome or white metal tubing and include black padding on the grip handle and under-bed frame. They measure approximately 17 inches to 21 inches high by 20 inches wide. Only bed rails that do not have model numbers ending in "R" are included in this recall.
This recall involves Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers with model number MS14100094536S1. The choppers are rechargeable and cordless, and have a green lid, white body, and clear plastic bowl. They have one blade attachment, which consists of three curved blades on one white plastic spindle. Model number MS14100094536S1 is on the label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl.
This recall expansion involves all BLACK+DECKER Model HGS011 Easy Garment Steamers, including those that were repaired as part of the previous recall in November 2022. The steamers were sold in a variety of colors. The name BLACK+DECKER is located at the base of the steamer. The steamer measures about 11 inches high by 6 inches wide, and has a large handle. The model numbers are printed on the bottom of the steamer and on all sides of the color package, and UPC codes are printed on the sides, back and bottom of the color package. This recall involves Excalibur Crossbow's C2 Crank sold as a cocking aid for crossbows. The C2 Crank has two plastic cocking hooks attached to the string of the C2 Crank. The C2 Crank was sold in black. The "Excalibur Crossbow" logo is on the front of the unit. The part number 2199 and the UPC number 626192021991 are located on the packaging.
This recall involves Thule RideAlong rear-mounted Child Bike Seat that fits most bicycle frames. It was sold in gray with a black 3-point harness padding. The model number and date code can be found on the bottom side of the seat. Only model number 100107 and date codes 21/3-23/10 (March 2021 to October 2023) are included in this recall.
