The emergency exit window latch can fail, allowing the window to open during a crash. As such, these emergency exit windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
It has been determined that certain lots of Access 2 Reaction Vessels may contain manufacturing deformities. The bottom (round end) of the Reaction Vessel may have a small protrusion or hair like deformity. This could cause causing instrument errors (e.g., pipetting, rake, wash carousel errors) that could delay patient results.

The fireplace fuels have the brand name and product name in white and orange along with "No Soot", "No Ash", and "Clean Burning" printed on a label on the front and hazard warnings printed on the side.
