These network laser printers were manufactured from January 1995 through September 1998. Model numbers are on the top of the unit and on a label located on the rear panel. The retrofit is for the following model numbers: Xerox Engineering Systems - Model 8808 Hitachi Printing Solutions America - Models Typhoon 8 and Typhoon 16 GCC Technologies - Models Elite XL408, Elite XL608, Elite XL608LC, Elite XL808, Elite XL1208, Elite XL1208 PM, and Elite XL616
The recalled beanbag chairs are designed with 12-inch double zippers and have various designs, including a smiley face, a football shape, a baseball shape, a basketball shape, and solid green, yellow, pink and blue neon colors. The beanbags have a tag that states, in part, "Made by Baseline Design."
This recall involves 15-ounce stainless steel travel mugs with a black handle and a black lid. The words "Always Fresh Tim Hortons Coffee" are printed on the mug. The distributor's name, "Thermo- Serv®," is stamped on the bottom.
The recalled doll is a cowboy named Woody, a character in the animated films Toy Story and Toy Story II. The Woody doll is a soft-bodied doll with soft plastic head, hands, boots and hat; wearing blue jeans a red/yellow-checked shirt, a black/white-spotted vest with a sheriff's badge, a red-patterned bandana, and is 13 inches tall. A label sewn into the left side seam of the doll reads, "WALT DISNEY WORLD®" on one side and "©DISNEY, ALL NEW MATERIALS, POLYESTER FIBERS," several State license numbers, and "WALT DISNEY ATTRACTIONS, LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL, PRODUCT OF CHINA" on the other side. Only the Woody dolls described above are included in the recall. Additionally, the talking versions of the Woody doll are not part of this recall.
The teething rings, item numbers 828135 and 828136, are natural wood and shaped as a snail, bird or fish.
The portable cribs are made of wood and are smaller than traditional baby cribs. The majority of these portable wood cribs were sold under the Gerry® brand name, and some were sold under the Evenflo® brand name. The recalled portable wood cribs have one of the following model numbers that can be found on a label on the mattress platform underneath the mattress: 8212 8222 8232 8242 8252 8282 8301 8302 8311 8312 8321 8322 8331 8332 8341 8342 8351 8352 8381 8382 8512 8522 8532 8542 8552 8582 8712 8752 No other cribs are included in this recall.
Only Polaris model year 2003 Predator ATVs with model numbers A00GJ50AA and A00GJ50AB are part of this recall. The model number can be found on the lower left frame tube ahead of the engine. The ATVs have a red seat with gray and black chassis. "Predator" is prominently displayed on the right and left side of the front cab covering the fuel tank.
The recall includes the "Founding Bear," and the "Founding Bear II." The "Founding Bear" is about 19 inches long, and the "Founding Bear II" is about 18 inches long. Both stuffed bears are chocolate brown and have cream-colored paws and snout. "OUR FOUNDING BEAR" is written on a cardboard tag that was originally attached to the bear's ear.
The recalled Back-UPS® CS Uninterruptible Power Supply devices include the Back-UPS CS350 and the Back-UPS CS 500 models. The model number can be found on the front of the unit, along with the words, "Back-UPS CS" and "APC." In addition, one of the following numbers shows up on the bar code label located on the bottom of the unit: BK350, BK500, BK500BLK. The recalled power supply devices also have one of the following serial numbers - AB0048 through AB0251, BB0104 through BB0251, and JB0125 through JB0251 - which can be found on the bottom of the unit. Units with an "R" at the end of the serial number within the above ranges are not part of this recall.
The pans were manufactured in China and include an 8-inch omelet pan with stick handle and lid, an 8-inch fry pan with stick handle and no lid, a 9 1/2-inch fry pan with buffet handles and lid, and an 11 1/2-inch deep chicken fryer with stick handle and helper handle and lid. The outside of the pan is stainless steel and the inner surface has a black, non-stick coating. The pans have "DESIGNED IN THE USA, GOURMET QUALITY, ULTREX DOUBLE WALL, STAINLESS STEEL, INNOVA INC., DAVENPORT IA" engraved on the bottom.
The soap kits were sold under the name “Soap Making for Kids." The kits include a plastic mold tray, three bars of glycerine, string and an instruction book. "SCHOLASTIC INC." and "Made in U.S.A." are printed on the back of the soap kit box.
The recall involves the 2002 Diamondback X-10 and X-20 Bicycles. These are full-suspension, Y-frame mountain bikes. They are either silver and black or black and blue. "Diamondback" and "X10" or "X20" are written on the down and bottom tubes.
The recalled wooden vehicles include a red wagon, truck and train and were packaged with candy. The following UPC codes are located on the bottom of the vehicles: 694405900012 (wagon), 694405900029 (truck), and 694405900036 (train).
The recalled Revel B-15 subwoofers have an outer cabinet with a black or gray speaker grill on the front and are about 20 inches in width, height, and depth. The brand name "Revel" is printed on the bottom left of the rear panel and "PERFORMA B15 SUBWOOFER" is printed on the bottom right.
The recalled electric fans, which have the brand name "Lollipop" printed on the fan blade cover, have model numbers V1185, V1186, V1865 and V1783, which can be found on the motor housing. The V1185, V1186, and V1865 models have labels that read, "Hi Velocity Lollipop Air Circular." The three-speed, four-position fans are either floor mounted or table top units. The model V1783 has a clip-on base.
The recalled stoves include the Century, Hillary, and LL Bean brand names. The stoves have a drip tray, two or three burners, and a black or green base, with a label identifying the brand name. The manufacturing date (050202 through 073102) and model number (4660, 4665, 4675, 4730, 4960, 72861, and 4960LLB) are printed on the inside of the stove's lid.
The recalled candles have a clear plastic holder and were available in red, white and green. Some of the candles have the words, "Merry Christmas," "Christmas Morning," "Candy Cane," or "A Christmas Avenue" on the packaging.
The recalled sparklers were packaged in a red, white and blue cardboard box and sold with six sparklers per box. Three models of sparklers were sold, including model SP08 measuring 8 inches long, model SP14 measuring 14 inches long, and model SP20 measuring 20 inches long. Labels on the packaging read in part "BAMBOO GOLD SPARKLERS," "6 PIECES," and "MADE IN CHINA."
This recall includes the "Talking Learn n' Play" dolls with buttons. The dolls describe the functions of zippers, buttons, snaps and shoelaces. The dolls are about 13 inches tall and are dressed in pink jumpers with pink and white plaid shirts. The purple packaging reads, "Talking Learn n' Play."
The recall includes the First Moments- or Second Step-brand two-piece pants set. The brand name is written on a label inside the tops of the set. The set's pink fleece top has two patch pockets and the cotton pants have a pink floral print. The set came in sizes 3 months to 24 months. The set has a cut-out floral pattern in the fabric at the end of the sleeves, along the hem of the top and along the top of each pocket. The part of the fabric subject to the cutting has been weakened and tears easily from the rest of the garment.
