The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.

The reason for the recall is that EDTA and lithium heparin plasma samples that are stored in the DxI 9000 Access Immunoassay Analyzer sample wheel for a prolonged period before performing the intact PTH (parathyroid hormone) test may produce falsely decreased intact parathyroid hormone results. This could lead to a missed diagnosis, a delay in treatment, or inappropriate clinical management, depending upon the patient s clinical condition.

The vehicles are missing the Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) label and the altered certification label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 110, "Tire Selection and Rims" and 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Catalina and Aurora travel trailers. Please see the recall report for a complete list of models. The solar panel wiring may be incorrectly wired, causing the wiring to short and overheat.
This recall involves Wolf Dual Fuel ranges with infrared griddles. The range is stainless steel and was sold in models measuring 36 inches, 48 inches and 60 inches wide with an oven door panel in white, black or stainless steel. The serial and model numbers are printed on the rating plate underneath the top of the oven. The recalled ranges have serial numbers from 18517201 to 18868311. Incorrect software in the transmission control module (TCM) may result in harsh shifting, reduced power, unintended deceleration, rear wheel lockup, or cause the vehicle to move in an unintended direction.
This recall involves GoveeLife and Govee smart electric space heaters with Model Numbers H7130 (including the H7130101 variation), H7131, H7132, H7133, H7134, and H7135. "GoveeLife" or "Govee" is printed on the front or side of each unit. The space heaters were sold in black and white and measure from 9 inches to 26 inches in height, depending on the model. The model number is located on the manufacturer's label on the underside of each unit.
This recall involves Dreamgro lullaby travel soothers for infants. They are shaped as a mermaid, have a soft gold star attached to the mermaid's head, and were sold in light blue and pink colors. The soothers play music and have a detachable hook that attaches to car seats and strollers. The Dreamgro name and model numbers are located on the soother's tag. This recall involves Guava Roam First Generation three-wheel foldable strollers manufactured between July 2020 and December 2021. The strollers are "first generation" if they have a manufacture date between July 2020 and December 2021. They have a black frame with the "Guava" logo in gray on the frame. The seat, canopy and storage compartment are black. The strollers measure about 39 inches long by 25 inches wide by 43 inches high, and weigh about 28.5 pounds. The black label on the cross bar below the seat has "Guava Family Inc." and includes the model name Roam, model number, and date of manufacture. Only First Generation strollers with a manufacture date between July 2020 and December 2021 are included in the recall.
