This recall involves the Rio Beach® High-Boy folding beach chairs with UPC and model numbers listed below. The chairs have aluminum tubing frames, striped or solid color fabric slings, and wood arms with an attached storage pouch with cell phone pocket. "Rio Beach® High-Boy", the UPC number and the model number can be found on the hand tag and on a sticker on the rear leg. The recalled lapel pins have images depicting 12 video game characters. The lapel pins vary in size, ranging from 1 to 2 inches in height. The characters Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mario, Mario Kart, Pikachu, Princess Peach, Samus, Starfox, Waluigi and Wario were sold individually. Mario, Princess Peach and Samus were also sold as a set.
This recall involves LawnBott lawn mowers with model numbers LB2000, LB2100, LB3000, and LB3200. The robotic lawn mowers freely and automatically cut grass by detecting the signal of a perimeter cable. The mowers have a docking station for recharging and a shiny plastic cover sold in red, green or blue. "Evolution" or "deluxe" is printed on the side of the mower.
The electric simmer pots were sold in a variety of styles and were designed to melt scented wax in a ceramic cup. The cup sits on a ceramic base that contains a 40-watt bulb, socket and electric cord. The recall includes all designs of the electric simmer pots and all item numbers. The words "ELECTRIC SIMMER POT" and the design name are printed on the bar code label, which is located on the bottom of the base. The Basketball Table is about 16 inches tall with white legs and a 19-inch diameter top. The Flower Table is about 30 inches tall with a green petal stand and a 15-inch diameter purple and yellow top.
The recalled gas regulators were manufactured from June 2006 through January 2008 and installed on LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings. The recall involves model R622H LP-gas regulators with type numbers in the table below: R622H-BGJ R622H-DGJ R622H-HGJ R622H-JGJ R622H-BGK R622H-DGK R622H-HGK R622H-JGK The type number is located on a white label attached to the spring case chimney (see photo). The box label also includes the type number. There are no serial numbers on these regulators. The regulators are date stamped with the month and year (12-07 indicating made in December 2007) of manufacture on the product.
This recall involves the 2006 and 2007 Santa Outfits with RN# 120273. The 2006 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom and a red one-piece suit with white collar and cuffs, and stitched black belt and boots. The 2007 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom, a red-and-white-striped bodysuit with a Santa Claus face on the chest, red overall pants with suspenders, and a red bib with Santa Claus face on top. Two snaps fasten the bodysuit at the shoulder and three snaps fasten the suit between the legs. The outfits were sold in sizes 3-18 months. "RN# 120273" is printed on the care label.
The recalled trainers are folding stands that lift and apply resistance to the rear wheel of a standard bike, converting the bike into a stationary trainer. There are three Travel Trac (TT) models included in the recall. The TT Inertial and TT I-Force Wireless use the same stand, with a looping black base and two red bike support arms. Along the right arm, "Travel Trac" is printed in white. "Millennium" is printed along the left arm of the stand on a vertical white decal. TT Inertial and I-Force Wireless have black horizontal decals. The TT Millennium I-Force has a collapsible black stand with Travel Trac and I-Force vertical white decals and Inertial in small red letters. The item numbers are printed on the bottom of the last page of the owner's manual. The recall includes Travel Trac Gravity Inertial Trainers (catalog # NB-TTMIF) with a looping black base with two red support arms. "Travel Trac" is printed in white on the right support arm and "Millennium" is printed in white on the left arm. "Inertial" is printed on the top of the right arm in black with a white border. The resistance unit has a rounded black plastic cover with a soft red elastomer roller. The item number is also printed on the bottom of the last page of the owner's manual.
The recalled infant carriers were sold under brand name "Beco Baby Carrier Butterfly." The carriers have a black label with a green "b" logo on the left side and a butterfly on the right side. The label is sewn on the outside of the carrier. The following carrier styles are included in the recall: Mia, Pony Express, Carnival, Addison, Ethan, Sophia, Cameron, Ava and Joshua.
The recalled key chain has several charms including a button, clover, leaf, heart and a sand dollar. The charms hang from a silver-colored chain. The words "Hip charm" and UPC (#31568 11017) are printed on the product's packaging.
This recall involves the power strips sold with the medium and large Joy Mangano Charge-It-All Valets. The valet is a box with divided compartments that comes with a power strip that allows the user to recharge and organize items such as cell phones, mp3 players, PDAs and cameras in a single location. The medium valet comes with a 3-receptacle power strip and the large valet comes with a 6-receptacle power strip. The letters J and M are printed in cursive under the valet.
The recall involves a push toy of a plastic horse with rider and a 20-inch-long pole/handle. The horse and pole/handle together measure about 26 inches. The rider is wearing red pants and a green shirt. The horse comes in various colors.
