The repair recall includes only the following model Canon copiers: PC6, PC6RE, PC65, PC7, PC7RE, PC8, PC11, PC11RE, PC12, NP1010 and NP1020. The model number is on the front panel of the unit. The recalled copiers were manufactured between 1987 and 1998.
The recalled hoodies have a drawstring through the hood. The products are black, pink, or blue and were sold in children's sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL. The True Religion horseshoe design is displayed on the front of the hoodie. The name "True Religion" appears inside the hoodie.
This recall involves all Segway PT i167, i170 and i180 ("i Series") models, the p133 ("p Series"), XT ("cross-terrain transporter"), GT ("golf transporter") and i2 models. These units were sold to consumers and commercial customers. All e167 ("e Series") models, which were sold to commercial users, also are included in this recall. No other models are involved in this recall. The name, "Segway", appears on the front bumper and/or on the handlebars of the personal transporter.
These are John Deere Gas Barbecue Grills with model numbers HR-BG6203 and HR-BG5202. The model number is on the CSA approval sticker on the back panel. The recalled grills have a John Deere symbol on the center of the hood and a John Deere decal plate below the control panel. These are 52,000 BTU grills with 460 sq. in. cooking surface. The Model HR-BG6203 includes stainless steel doors, stainless steel side shelves and a side burner rated at 10,000 BTU. The Model HR-BG5202 has stainless steel doors with black plastic side shelves.
The recalled cords are brown or white, measure 6, 9, 12, or 15 feet long, are intended for indoors and have a three-outlet extension. Attached to the cord is a silver counterfeit UL holographic label marked "09/99 E157848 UL LISTED CORD SET BV-8021 13A 125V 1625W" or "09/02 E137398 UL LISTED CORD SET BW 5833 13A 125V 1625W."

The recalled Delta Performance or Delta Performance Plus Series Combination Water Heaters operate on natural or propane gas. The water heaters are white and rectangular. "Triangle Tube" is written on the silver-colored control panel. "Delta" is printed on the front of the water heater. The burner is located under a white or gray cover that protrudes outward at the bottom front of the heater. The models and serial numbers included in this recall are listed below. These patio umbrellas have an opening size of 9 feet wide by 94.5 inches high. They are sold in the following solid colors: Tan, Red, Green, and Navy Blue.
The original recall (announced March 14, 2006) included the Infinity Twin, AF-1 Twin, Infinity Zoom 200 series, AZ 200 series, and Quantary Infinity Zoom 222 Olympus-brand 35mm film cameras. Olympus has now added the Infinity Zoom 76 and the Promaster Infinity Twin model cameras to the recall. The model name is printed on the face of the camera. These cameras have a built-in flash.
The Jet Streamers™ Outdoor Antics! Pump-Action Water Blasters are straight squirt guns for the pool. The Jet Streamers measure 9 inches long with a bulbous water reservoir at one end and a rigid tapering handle containing a small water intake hole at the other end. The tapering handle is gray while the bulbous water reservoir varies in colors of white/green, blue/yellow and orange/silver. Tiny raised lettering on the Jet Streamers' handles state, "©2002 Wild Planet Toys, San Francisco, CA, USA, Made in China." The toys were sold as a 2-pack set, in packages with other pool toys, such as dive balls and magnet dive gloves, and with boys' swim trunks. The product packaging is labeled "Jet Streamers," "Wild Planet" and is for children ages five and older.
The recalled stools have four legs, are made of wood, and have dark brown or black seats. The counter stool is 24 inches tall and the bar stool is 30 inches tall. The stools have item numbers 202448 and 118136, which can be found on the packaging material.
These John Deere X300 Select Series lawn tractors are green with yellow seats and wheels. The recalled fireplace consists of a round fire bowl that rests on four legs, with a chimney cap and hood. The fireplace is made of steel and is painted black. They are about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. The item number, 91023, is printed on the package materials.

The recalled lithium-ion batteries were used with the following computers: 12-inch iBook G4, 12-inch PowerBook G4 and 15-inch PowerBook G4. Consumers should remove the battery from the computer to view the model and serial numbers labeled on the bottom of the unit. This recall involves all 7' Int'l Hard Chrome 1000 lb. and 1500 lb. test Olympic bars with model number 32012 and 32013, 7' Int'l Black Oxide 1000 lb. and 1500 lb. test Olympic bars with model number 32020 and 32021, 7' International Men's Olympic Needle-bearing bars with model number 32010 and 6½' International Women's Olympic Needle-bearing bars with model number 32011. The bars have split sleeves and YORK is printed on the sleeve assemblies of each bar.
The recalled pumps are general in purpose, but are sometimes used in fire suppression systems. The pumps were sold under the Goulds Pumps, Bell & Gossett and Red Jacket Water Products brands. The pumps can be identified by having Model NPE, NPO, MCC, MCS, SM or Series 3530 on their nameplate. Recalled pumps were manufactured between December 2005 and July 26, 2006. They have date code M05, A06, B06, C06, D06, E06, F06 or G06. The date code is the first three digits of the serial number on the pump nameplate.
The recalled replacement lawnmower blades are intended for use on Snapper riding lawnmowers. The recalled blades are sold for use as replacement parts under the Oregon® and Silver Streak® brands only. Original equipment blades on Snapper lawnmowers and "Snapper" brand replacement blades are not included in this recall. The recalled blades are red and marked "MADE IN USA," "GRASS SIDE CX", "Oregon" or "SILVER STREAK." The part number and date code are engraved on one side of the blade.
