The headset is the component on a bicycle, which provides a interface that can rotate between the bicycle fork and the bicycle frame itself. The Conventional Headset is constructed of an anodized black alloy housing, stainless steel, and polymers. The Integrated Lite Headset is constructed of a black polymer housing and light weight alloys. The Integrated Headset weighs 29 grams; the Conventional Headset weighs 39 grams.
The recall involves the Mainstays Associate office chair with a 5-star nylon base with dual wheel casters and pneumatic seat height adjustment. The chair has a fabric cushioned seat and back that is black/grey in color. The armrests are shaped in half-circle loops. Under the seat is a UPC Code Label #9501401610 with printed Model #VCR1022.

This recall involves all model year 2005 and 2006 Kinesis-made RXC bicycles. The frames on these bicycles are made with carbon fiber rear seat stays and are equipped with V-style brakes, and not equipped with disk brakes from the factory. Frames affected by this recall were shipped to dealers between October 2004 and April 2006.
The recalled drives are high speed flash drives used to store, transfer and carry data from one computer to another. This recall only includes Lexar JumpDrive® FireFly which is sold in various colors, and Lexar JumpDrive® Secure II 1GB which has a metallic silver housing. "Lexar" is embossed on the front of the plastic housing and the capacity is marked on the back. The part number is located on the FireFly's packaging, and on the back of the Secure II 1GB drive. IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks are a set of 19 foam, cloth-covered blocks of various shapes with a plastic carrying case. Two of the blocks are car-shaped and have four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some cars have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." IQ Baby Travelin' Train Blocks are a set of four brightly patterned stuffed cloth-covered vehicles, an engine and three cars that attach to each other with Velcro® connectors. Each piece is about 4 inches long, 2½ inches wide, and 3 inches tall, and has four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white spoke pattern. Some pieces have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." IQ Baby and Discovery Channel Vroom Vroom Vehicles are sets of six soft, stuffed, brightly colored trucks that come in a plastic carrying case. Each truck is about 5 inches long, 3 inches tall, and 2½ inches wide and has four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some of the trucks in the sets have labels that read "IQ Baby" or "Discovery Channel."
The Paloma Rattle is a ring that is 2.5 inches in diameter. It consists of nine linked sterling-silver balls that contain small beads.
The recalled candles are cylindrical pillars measuring 3"(d) x 4"(h), 3"(d) x 6"(h), and 4"(d) x 6"(h) with a sand layer base. The recalled models are the Cement Aspen Flower (White), SKUs 2115564, 2115577, 2115592; Cement Downpour (Gray), SKUs 2118150, 2118176, 2118189; Cement Biscotti (Khaki), SKUs 2115523, 2115536, 2115549; and Cement Citrus Cilantro (Green), SKUs 2115499, 2115508, 2115510.
The recall involves the Heat & Glo Twilight II and IIB indoor/outdoor see-through gas fireplaces. The model name, Twilight II or IIB, can be found by looking at the bottom right side of the inside of the control compartment of the inside portion of the fireplace.
Bombardier brand Model Year 2006 Outlander 650 and 800 ATVs and Some Can-Am brand Model Year 2007 Outlander 650 ATVs. Serial numbers are located on the front of the ATV on the identification decal. The ATVs were available in yellow, green, red, and camouflage.
The recalled plastic toy guitar has a white face and red back with a green shoulder strap. There are multi-colored animal-face buttons on the front of the guitar including a chicken, a duck, a dog, a pig and a lamb. A label on the front of the guitar reads, "GUITAR SERIES JC856." "MADE IN CHINA" is embossed on the front of the battery cover on the back of the guitar. Packaging on the box reads in part, "Jie Cheng" and "NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS."
The nailer is used to drive nails into wood. Model number BN200V12 is located on the name plate on the magazine of the unit. "Porter+Cable" is printed on the nailer's motor housing.
Only models EWF30, EWF36, and EWF36A are affected by this recall. The recalled fireplaces are 400- or 700-pound steel plate wood-burning fireplaces with the trade name "Sequoia." The fireplaces measure 30 inches wide or 36 inches wide, have doors which seal them and are designed for installation in openings in the walls of homes that connect to chimneys. The recalled product is the "Money Bag" candle, which is 3¾ inches tall and green in color. There is a gold glitter dollar symbol on the front of the candle and the candle is molded in the shape of a bag. Inside the candle is a varying amount of money from a $1 coin to a $50 bill. Hang tags on the candle identify the candle as "The Money Bag by The Original Treasure Candle, ® Inc." They were sold under item numbers BI4372, BR4372, RA7372, RB4372, RG4372 and RW4372. The item number is not written on the candle.
The recall involves Oceanic-brand Versa Pro 2A dive computers with serial numbers 12000 through 18176, which can be accessed and viewed on the computer's display. The serial number and "r2A" are printed on the side of the unit. This recall does not include any other Oceanic brand dive computer, or Versa Pro 2A while operated in normal decompression dive computer mode.
The SW Carbon Stem with Magnesium Faceplate is black with the words "S-Works" and "Magnesium Faceplate" printed on it. The stems were included as original equipment on the following 2006 bicycles models: S-Works Tarmac, Tarmac Pro, S-Works Roubaix, Roubaix Pro, Allez Pro and S-Works Transition. It was also sold as an aftermarket item under the name S-Works Advanced Composite Mag Road Stem.
The recalled Reebok children's windsuits are full-zip boys' polyester jacket and pants sets with a cotton lining and the name "Reebok" and/or Reebok's Vector logo embroidered on the chest of the jacket. The suits were sold in eight different color combinations: orange/navy, light blue/royal blue, red/navy, yellow/gunmetal, yellow/navy, blue/navy, green/navy and red/black.
The products are a stick-type rocket with a 4-inch long, ½-inch in diameter engine mounted on a wooden stick approximately 16 inches long. The engine is wrapped in blue or purple paper with a picture of a rocket, and the writing, "Phantom Fireworks Thunder Stick Rocket."
Only Suzuki 2006 model year LTR450K6 model Quad Racer ATVs with vehicle identification numbers ending with 00089 through 11626 are included in this recall. The vehicle identification number is located on the lower left side of the ATV frame. QuadRacer, printed in white letters, and R450 and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. These ATVs were sold in yellow or white.
This recall includes Phil Vassil rugs with model numbers 1500 (white) and 2000 (black), which is written on the underside of the rugs. The units are 5 feet by 7 feet, and are made of 100 percent wool. The rugs bear an adhesive label that reads, in part, ".FLOKATI RUG.HAND MADE PURE WOOL.MADE IN GREECE.SIZE APPROX. 5 X 7 FT.QUALITY 1500GR/CM."
