Carotid stent and post-dilation balloon system with integrated embolic protection system has an integrated filter that may not open or may not fully open during sheath retraction and operation of the filter knob. The stent is used with a primary distal embolic protection device.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles. The vehicles are equipped with an incorrect cross car beam in the instrument panel. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 114, "Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention."
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Seismic fifth wheel travel trailers. The certification label lists an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

TriMark Corporation (TriMark) is recalling certain door latches, part numbers 19233-01 (0534-EE3-001) and 19232-01 (0557-EE3-001), installed on Spartan Fire vehicles. The actuator lever arm in the cab door latch may bind or become wedged, preventing the door from opening.
The BIOS battery may deplete faster than initially anticipated during the design phase. When the battery is depleted, the start-up process of the system will be halted, and the system will not start. No user messages are shown before the battery is low on power or depleted.
Systems may not perform as intended due to the deterioration of certain internal components (the CMOS battery, hard disk drive, and/or power supply unit). If this deterioration occurs, motorized movements of the system will become unavailable. Manual movements of the stand (longitudinal, transversal and rotational for ceiling mounted systems and rotational for floor mounted systems) and table longitudinal movements remain available. Imaging (X-ray) functionality remains available.
