The recall involves the First Years 3-in-1 Flush and Sounds potty training seats. Each seat has either a yellow chair with a green removable seat and a purple lift out-pot or a blue chair with a white removable seat and green lift out-pot. The words "100 Acre Wood" are molded on the chair back. The plaque inserted into the back of the seat contains molded Winnie the Pooh and Tigger characters.
This recall involves 1500-watt oscillating ceramic heaters model EB38005. The heater has a white plastic housing with the name "Heat-Wave" in black on its top. A label on the bottom of the product contains the model and the control number "ETL 3090262."
The recalled sweaters have a V-neck, hood and kangaroo pocket. The sweaters are either pink with charcoal stripes or blue with white stripes. They were sold in the following girls' sizes: small, medium, large, and extra large.
The recalled inversion benches invert a user by securing the ankles in a locking device and rotating the bench. The Nordic Track bench is model number 831.14595.0 and the Reebok bench is model number RBBE1996.0. The model number is located under the seat of the bench.
The recall includes GE combination microwave and conventional built-in wall ovens sold under the following brand names: GE, GE Profile® and Kenmore. The ovens were sold in white, black, bisque and stainless steel. The brand name is printed on the lower left corner on the front of the microwave door. The following model and serial numbers can be found inside the microwave oven on the left interior wall. The recalled entertainment centers are black with two lower miter-framed doors, two glass doors at the top, and CD storage racks. They measure about 54 inches wide, 71 inches high, and 20 inches deep. They were sold under the Ridgewood/Charleswood brand name. Model number 93956 is printed on the instruction manual.
The recalled two-slice toaster is black with stainless steel trim and has a digital display below the toaster lever. The Black & Decker® brand name is on the top of the toaster. Model number ST2000 is printed on the rating plate on the bottom of the toaster.
The recalled products are six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmets, modeled after helmets worn by several race car drivers. The follow models are included in the recall: Terry Borcheller helmet, part number 2005740; Kurt Busch helmet, part number 2001368; and Vitor Meira helmet, part number 2001381. The part number is located on the product's packaging with the UPC.
The performance fleece-lined shell jackets are hooded, zip in the front, and have a drawstring at the waist. The jackets were sold in black or blue in multiple children's sizes. "Old Navy" is printed on a label at the neck. Style number 507907 is printed on a white label sewn into the side seam of the jacket.
The recalled products contain confetti in plastic bags. When the bags are inflated, consumers squeeze the bag and confetti bursts out. Each package contains six confetti bursts.
The 2006 Snow Princess Stirrup Ornament is a stirrup-shaped ornament with a white prancing horse and blue ribbons. "2006" is stamped on the rim of the ornament. The 2007 Wintersong Stirrup Ornament is a stirrup-shaped ornament with a gray horse with saddle bags with a horn and a violin. "2007" is stamped on the rim of the ornament. The 2007 Photo Frame Horseshoe Ornament is a horseshoe-shaped ornament with a brown horse with rider jumping over a gate. "Happy Holiday 2007" is printed on the back of the ornament.
This recall involves the Lazy Lounger chair (Style # CEH00415), recliner (Style # CEH00320) and oversize recliner (Style # CEH00414, CEH00345, and CEH00443). Style numbers are printed on the packaging. The chairs have a mesh covering that attaches to a black or tan metal frame by a woven cord. The mesh covering is sold in: blue, orange, black, natural, burgundy, pink, white, green, red, khaki, and camouflage. A padded headrest pillow is sewn on to the mesh. Beneath the padded headrest are two tags. The first reads: "! WARNING !", followed by 9 numbered statements, and "Made in China". The second is the "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of Law" tag and includes the manufacturer's Registration No: OHIO36462HK.
This recall involves the Grand Gourmet metal wood-burning firepits model FSQ279. The firepit is black, has four legs and two spark guards on top. It measures 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 25 1/2 inches high. The model number can be found on the cover page of the product manual.
This recall involves the Power Bolt Y-Frame Pitchback and Y-Frame Ultimate Pitchback. The products' Y-shaped metal frames have attached netting which will return a thrown ball to the user. The upper portion of the frame is adjustable to allow a variety of rebound angles.
The recalled hooded zip-up sweatshirts are for Boys 8-20 and were made under the "Burnside" brand. The sweatshirts came in boys' sizes small, medium, large and X-large and have various designs on the front. The recalled models have "RN # 39209" printed on the tag.
The recall includes Performax model number 90206 and Wilton model number 34570 10-inch sliding miter saws with date code/serial numbers ranging from W062505 to W070405. The model, date code/serial numbers are printed on a black label on the motor housing of the saw.
The recalled pacifier necklace has a 28-inch multicolored cord with a 3-inch plastic pacifier that comes in assorted colors. A hole at the tip of the nipple is used as a blow hole for the whistle. The pacifier handle operates as the on-off button for the flashing light on both pacifiers. "Flashing Pacifier" or "2-in-1 Flashing Pacifier with Whistle Necklace" is printed on the packaging of the pacifiers.
The recall includes "Stuff Keepers" pencil pouches and "Bear Pencil Pouches." The "Stuff Keepers" pencil pouches are clear vinyl, measure 9 inches by 6 inches, and have a green, orange, pink or blue-colored zipper. Style number 63525 is printed on the packaging. This recall involves velvet and boa slipcovers intended for use with the Boppy® Bare Naked nursing and support pillow. Slipcovers recalled due to a choking hazard were sold in three color combinations and have the following UPC and date codes found on the California Flammability Law tag.
