The recalled Square D QO® and Homeline® Arc Fault Interrupter circuit breakers are used with 15- and 20-amp branch circuits. They are required to be installed in bedroom circuits in accordance with the 2002 National Electrical Code. The recalled units were manufactured after March 1, 2004, and have a blue test button. The AFCI circuit breakers have one of the following date codes - CN, DN, EN, FN, GN, HN, or JN - stamped in red on the breaker label located just above the wiring terminal. The recalled units also have one of the following catalog numbers printed on a label on the front of the breaker: QO115AFI, QO115AFIC, QO120AFI, QO120AFIC, QOB115AFI, QOB120AFI, HOM115AFI, HOM115AFIC, HOM120AFI, HOM120AFIC, QO115VHAFI, QO120VHAFI, QOB115VHAFI, or QOB120VHAFI.
The adidas Pro Team and Superstar Ultra basketball shoes come in various color combinations. The recalled shoes have a six-digit article number on the inside part of the shoe tongue. The recall involves carbon fiber/aluminum forks included with the Salsa model F-01 Campeon frame set in either White/Black or Red/Black color combinations. Units included in this recall have a code of CK, DA, or DB and a serial number from 03400 to 04600. The model number, date code and serial number are located on a label at the base of the steerer tube near the crown of the fork.
The TS-11 Thermal Safety Control Gas Valves are installed in commercial cooking equipment with pilot lights, including ranges, griddles, fryers, and warming trays. The recalled gas valves were produced between February 2003 and August 2004. The "magnet heads" on the gas valves were made during the same range of dates. The recalled products can be identified by date codes 0306 through and including 0432. The TS-11 gas valve with different manufacturing dates and a different hazard was recalled in 2002.
The recalled batteries are included in Kyocera Slider, K400, and 3200 Series cell phones. The recalled folding lawn chairs have green plastic arms with green steel folding frames or blue plastic arms with blue folding steel frames. They are constructed of matching vinyl webbing. The chairs measure 31 inches high and 22.5 inches wide. The left-hand arm of the chairs has the word "RIO" on it. Only the chairs with green or blue plastic arms are included in this recall.
All model year 2005 "RANGER 4x4" Utility Vehicles with model number R05RD50AA are part of this recall. The model number is located on the upper right frame tube directly under the right side of the seat. The RANGER 4x4 Utility Vehicles have black seats with a green chassis. "RANGER 4x4" is prominently displayed on the right and left side of the rear cargo box.
The recalled product is a rattle designed for children ages 3 months and up. It is approximately 5.5 inches long with a clear spiral tube in the center, containing eight yellow and purple balls inside, that travel around the spiral. The ends of the rattle are green and purple and orange and yellow. The straight center tube is blue with a shaker inside. The item number E00148 is written on the packaging.
The recall includes an ice cream car, a police car and a toy washing machine. The multicolored cars are about 5 inches long and contain various stickers. The pink, white, or red toy washing machines are 4.5 inches high. The toys make animal and music sounds. When the music and animal sounds play, lights flash and the toy's multicolored beads can be seen moving inside. "CE" and "MADE IN CHINA" are written on the battery cover.
This recall involves the Beefmaster Explorer Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0001. The tabletop grill is made of stainless steel and is used with a disposable propane cylinder, which is purchased separately. Each grill has one main burner and a cooking grid that sits over the burner. Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill. The brand name "Nexgrill" is on a plate on the grill lid.
The Zippo MPL (Multi-Purpose Lighter) uses refillable butane fuel, is child resistant, and measures 8 inches long and 1 inch wide. The utility lighter is finished in black metal or silver metal with a chrome nozzle. The black unit is packaged in a blister pack with black and red graphics and the silver unit is in a silver gift box. Only utility lighters with these date codes are recalled: G03, H03, I03, ZH03. The date code is on the black adjuster knob on the bottom of the lighter.
The recalled mattress pads are natural colored, made of 100 percent cotton Chenille, and were sold in twin, full, queen, king and California king. There are six models of water dispensers with hot water faucets included in the recall. The water dispensers have "Avanti" written on the front of the base. They have model number WD32, WD 50, WD 50.1, WDT51, WDR 52 or WHC 59. The model number is written on a silver sticker on the back of the unit. Model number WDR 52 is a combination refrigerator and water dispenser. All six models have removable drip trays and can hold either 3- or 5-gallon bottles of water.
Fargglad multi-color children's chairs have the article number 400.548.40 and the supplier number (either 16592 or 17128) on a label on one of the chair's rear legs, or on the underside of the chair seat. The chair has a tubular steel frame with woven multi-color solid plastic piping used for the chair's seat and back. The plastic feet are red.
The recalled purple and blue lunch bags are about 9 inches tall and have a rainbow strap. A multi-colored, shiny-plastic front displays Care Bears characters and the name "Care Bears." The lunch bags are insulated and have a netted side pocket used to hold a 6-oz. water bottle.
The recall involves only 2004 Rainier model mountain bicycles with Marzocchi EXR Comp front forks. Model numbers included in the recall are 333502, 333503, 333504 and 333505. The bicycle is blue and silver and is made of aluminum. The names "Giant" and "Rainier" are printed on the frame of the bicycle. Earlier models of this bicycle are not included in this recall.

The Polar and Trailblazer style boots were sold in black or brown with the company name "LaCrosse" written on the side of the boot. The boots have the style name "Polar" or "Trailblazer" and one of the following style numbers on the inside of the tongue of the boot: 693100, 00693100, and 466000. Only these style numbers are included in this recall.
These Teng Fei Energy Saving light bulbs are white, compact fluorescent bulbs. The recall includes model numbers T6112, T6113, T6114, and T6115. The model number is written on the packaging only. "Teng Fei 110-127V 50/60Hz" is written on the bulb.
The recalled electric pictures are framed artwork that utilizes electric lights and sound and feature moving background scenes, including waterfalls and beach scenes. The paintings come with wooden, glass mirror, or plastic frames. The pictures come in seven different sizes: 180cm x 112cm, 148cm x 98cm, 118cm x 74cm, 98cm x 48cm, 65cm x 45cm, 26cm x 20cm, and 25cm x 25cm.
