The recalled 52-inch and 61-inch JVC rear projection televisions were manufactured between May 2004 and November 2004. The televisions have the following model and serial numbers: HD-52Z575: 10980014 through 16980772HD-52Z575: 16986471 through 16989999HD-52Z585: 10980031 through 16981502HD-61Z575: 10980031 through 16982712 HD-61Z585: 10980031 through 16980942 The model and serial numbers can be found on the back of the television in the lower center portion of the unit. The JVC logo appears on the front of the television.
These "Snap Action" thermal switches were sold under the model number 2450A, 2455RA, or 2455RM. They have model numbers and date codes stamped on the sensing surface or end cap. These are indoor HID light fixtures with acrylic lenses and/or reflectors. They are generally used in locations such as retail spaces, light manufacturing areas, warehouses and gymnasiums. Only certain models of specific wattage lights are included in the recall. Check the Lithonia Web site for a list of the specific model and wattage combinations included. All recalled fixtures were manufactured in Crawfordsville, Ind., and have a date of manufacture from April 2002 through October 2003. The models, wattages, city and date of manufacture, and the name "Lithonia," can be found on a label attached to the ballast housing. This recall also includes certain replacement ballast kits within the above dates of manufacture.
The recalled sweaters were sold in toddler sizes (2T to 5T) and infant sizes (12M to 24M) in colors red barn and navy. The sweaters have an Arizona Jean Company tag sewn in the neckline and include "RN Number 93677" and "Made in Israel."
The recalled pacifiers measure about 2-1/2 inches in length and 2 inches in width. The pacifiers are blue, green, yellow and pink and have a tan tinted nipple with a curved plastic handle and shield. "SOOTHER BABY PACIFIERS" is printed on the back of cardboard packaging with a clear blister-bubble cover.
Flying Saucer battery-powered toys with model numbers 83153 and 3321 consist of a 9-inch diameter foam saucer with a rechargeable motor at its hub, and a plastic propeller under the motor. The Flying Saucer is a foam ring with seven ribs or blades between the hub and the outer ring. The propeller rotates inside the circumference of the foam ring. The toy comes with a plastic hand-held "thrust transmitter" that is used to activate and control the speed of the saucer. Each toy also comes with an AC adapter for recharging the saucer's batteries. No other models are affected.
The recalled metal charms were sold under the name "Charming Thoughts™." Most of the charms are silver-colored with small silver loops. They were sold in packages of two to 12 pieces. The packages are marked "The Card Connection™," "Charming Thoughts™" and "Hirschberg Schutz & Co. Inc." The metal charms are various shapes including small hearts, crowns, birds, picture frames, perfume bottles and a cross. Some of the metal charms have small blue, pink or yellow stones and are printed with words including "princess," "congratulations," "city girl," "world traveler" and "life's blessings." "Insert photo here," "cherish," "love," and "honor" are printed on the picture frame charms. The metal charms were sold as decorations for place cards, greeting cards, collages, memory boxes, gift cards, scrapbooks, invitations and gift bags. The charms also can be attached to necklaces and bracelets.
The stuffed bunny is about 8 inches tall, wearing a skirt or overall shorts in various colors, including purple, turquoise and pink. The skirt and overall shorts are decorated with heart and flower buttons, and there is a bow tie at the neck in checked pattern colors including green and pink. The eyes are round black beads. A hang tag attached to the stuffed bunny reads in part, "OCEAN DESERT SALES 5400 TULIP STREET, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19124 ITEM NO.: EST-220 MADE IN CHINA UPC CODE: 0 15381 14220 1."
The Ginger® Kubic®, K2® and Surface™ collection light fixtures feature 8-inch-long, cylindrical, white glass shades that are about 3 inches in diameter. They have chrome or satin nickel wall plates, some decoratively encircled with wood. The lights can be installed horizontally or vertically. The lights use incandescent bulbs up to 100 watts. No screws are used to attach these shades. They are glued to a metal base, which screws onto the fixture. No writing is visible on the mounted light fixtures. The recalled Lands' End outer wear have a rubber tab located at the end of the fabric zipper pull located on the front of the jacket. The recall includes the garments and style numbers listed below. The style number is written on a label in the left side seam of the garment. The recalled Kawasaki ATVs include the Brute Force™ 750 4x4i model, which was manufactured between April 26, 2004 and September 10, 2004. The ATVs come in red, green, yellow or camouflage, and have the words "Kawasaki" and "Brute Force" printed on each side of the vehicle's fuel tank. "VTwin 750" is printed on each side of the rear fenders, and "Kawasaki" is embossed on the front grille and rear mud flaps above the rear wheels.
The recalled rattle is designed for children ages 3 months and up. The Farm Teether Rattle is a hollow, sterling silver ring approximately 3 inches in diameter with a bar across its center. The bar is attached to the interior of the ring at two points and has three farm animals (sheep, duck and cow) and two beads that rotate on the bar. Small plastic beads inside the ring rattle when the product is shaken. Inscribed on the rattle is "© 2002 TIFFANY & CO. 925."
The recalled products are Whirlpool® brand and Kenmore® brand (made by Whirlpool Corporation) under-the-counter, plastic tall tub dishwashers. The dishwashers come with black, white, biscuit, or stainless front panels. Consumers should call Whirlpool to determine if their dishwasher is included in this recall.
The recall includes two styles of battery-operated electronic musical toys. The multi-colored toys come in the shape of a drum and a xylophone, and are sold with a drumstick for playing the musical toy. The recalled toys have a label affixed to the top of the package that reads "LIGHT & SOUND MUSICAL TOY" and "TOY TUNES." A second label affixed to the bottom right of the package reads "TRY ME!" The label affixed on the back of the package contains, "DOLLAR TREE DIST., CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320" and "MADE IN CHINA."
The recalled candle sets contain three birch bark candles and pine cones that sit on a round tray. The candles measure 3, 4, and 6 inches in height and have a white birch exterior. "Martha Stewart Everyday" brand name is printed on the box.
Buoyancy Compensator devices provide buoyancy control for scuba divers by allowing them to inflate or deflate the devices. The recalled buoyancy compensators have model numbers J107, J113, J115, and J119. The numbers appear on the top right-hand corner of the unit (on the shoulder). "CRESSI" is written on the buoyancy control devices.
The recall includes the Dacor Darwin Air dive computer with serial numbers 3265 through 3415, and the Dacor Darwin Console dive computer with serial numbers 8503 through 8592. The serial number will appear on the dive computer screen after removing and reinserting the batteries. The Darwin Air is a completely integrated dive computer and pressure gauge with "Dacor Darwin Air" written on the front. It is encased in gray on black heavy-duty plastic. The Darwin Console is a dive computer with a compact submersible pressure gauge bearing the word "Dacor" on the front. It is encased in black heavy-duty plastic.
The recalled infant carriers were sold under the name "Playtex Hip Hammock," which is sewn into the front of the carrier. The model number is sewn into the inside panel below the instructions for use. The model numbers are: 05300 - Basic Black Hip Hammock 05301 - Deluxe Black Hip Hammock 05302 - Deluxe Navy Blue Hip Hammock
The Rope Candle is a 21-foot coiled beeswax candle that feeds up to a scissors-like vise. The candle is lit above the vise. The candle is 7 inches tall and sits on an antiqued copper-finish holder.
The following models are included in this recall and were sold after January 20, 2004: GE dishwasher models GSD5500G, GSD5560G, GSD5800G, GSD5900G, GSD5960G, EDW3000G, and EDW3060G, with serial numbers with the first letter A through T and the second letter G, or the serial letters VF. The serial number is important, as not all dishwashers with these model numbers are included in this recall. The model and serial number are located inside the door wall of the dishwasher.
