The recall includes all 2004-2005 Suzuki LT-V700F TwinPeaks™ ATVs. These ATVs are yellow or blue in color and have "TwinPeaks" written on the fuel tank.
This recall includes Sportcraft Tredex 6.0, TX 440 and TX 550 treadmills. These 155- to 170-pound motorized treadmills are gray in color and can be folded upright for storage. The name "Sportcraft" and product identification of "Tredex 6.0", "TX 440" or "TX 550" are printed on the control console of the treadmill.
The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold with the following designs: "Monkey Moods" a monkey with stars, "Rock n Roll" with a monkey playing a guitar, "Princess" with pink flowers and a crown, "Sport" with a football, basketball and soccer ball, "Training Camp" with frogs, "Rainbow Angel" with clouds, rainbows and stars, Spiderman®, and Disney® Princess. The recalled chairs were sold as part of a set consisting of a table and two chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 13 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep. "Idea Nuova Inc." or "I.N.I." is printed on a label located underneath the seat of the chairs.
The recalled kid's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow, green, pink, and lavender solid colors. They also come in pink with "Princess" printed in red on the seat and seat back along with stars, crowns and hearts, or in blue with pictures of basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, football helmets, and rollerblades. The recalled chairs were sold individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and two chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 13.5 inches wide, and about 11.5 inches deep. "MANUFACTURED BY FOURSTAR GROUP INC." OR "IMPORTED BY FOURSTAR INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY" is written on a label located underneath the seat of the chairs.
The recalled children's folding chairs have safety locks under the seat. The chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors as a part of a set consisting of a table and four chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 10 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep. "Meco" or "Samsonite" is printed on the label underneath the seat bottom.
These jackets are light blue denim with two breast pockets, a gray knit hood and gray knit sleeves. The buttons have "BABY" written on the front. A red and white "A" patch is sewn on the front, a blue "3" decal is on one sleeve and a red football is on the other sleeve. The recall included jackets sold in sizes 2 months through 18 months. Style number "432740" is written on the laundry care tag inside the jacket. "H&M" is written on the collar label.
The recalled wooden Walker Wagon has a push handle and removable wooden stake sides. It is 22 inches long, 12 inches wide and 16½ inches high at the top of the handle. The Walker Wagon body is red and has the name "Radio Flyer" in white lettering on each side. The recalled Walker Wagons have black plastic clickers that make a clicking sound when the plastic wheels turn. The clickers are located between the rear wheels and the wagon. The Walker Wagon is intended for children 1 to 4 years old. The Walker Wagons with clear plastic clickers are not included in this recall.
This Alert involves all Kidde 10 lb. dry chemical fire extinguishers manufactured with a black plastic Zytel® nylon valve assembly and a steel cylinder, between 1991 and 2000. These units were the subject of Kidde Service Bulletin 007 issued on July 21, 2004. These units were designed for commercial and industrial applications, and the majority of these units were placed into service in factories, plants, businesses and other commercial locations, as they require service by a qualified Fire Extinguisher Distributor or Service Organization every 6 years. Some of these units are in use in residential settings. The affected extinguishers have a steel cylinder with a welded neck ring and are between 19 to 21 inches tall, as depicted in the image below. This Alert does not apply to Kidde's smaller 2 1/2 and 5 lb. residential fire extinguishers.
Aero bars are handlebar extensions typically used on racing and triathlon bicycles that either clip on to the handlebars or are sold as an integrated handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recalled aero bars are an integrated system, having a cast aluminumm centerpiece, which is attached to a handlebar, a stem and two aero bars, each approximately 15 inches long, protruding in front of the handlebar. The VisionTech logo is displayed in gold lettering against a black background on the wings of the bar. Bicycle aero bars bearing a silver and red decal on the wings with the words "Vision by Full Speed Ahead" are not included in this recall.
The recall includes four-piece "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel" Truck sets. Various trucks sold in the sets include a combination of fire trucks, oil trucks, vegetable trucks, sanitation trucks, tow trucks and box trucks. Writing on the trucks includes, "EMERGENCY" or "CITY SERVICE." The words "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel Truck" and the item number 204 02 0838 are written on the packaging.
The recalled Tiki® Cone Metal Torch is a 6-foot-long outdoor open-flame lamp consisting of a black metal pole topped by a copper-colored, cone-shaped metal head. A black decorative rod spirals around the head of the torch. The torch head includes the fuel reservoir, cover and wick. It was sold under Lamplight Farms model numbers 1263 and 126301 and Wal-Mart item numbers 1656121 and 1691366. Both items were sold with the same UPC number 086861012635, which is located on the bottom of the printed hangtag.
The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of solid colors, including navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with "Mountain Buggy" written underneath. "URBAN" also is written on the metal plates. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 0003342. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002 and serial numbers between 000000 and 006957. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate.
The blow dart gun is a 51-inch-long decorative wooden tube with an attached pouch containing five darts. The brown bamboo-shaped gun has a black, small barrel-like container attached to the top.
The products are smoke-producing novelty devices packaged in a 4.5-inch-long cylindrical tube. "MAMMOTH SMOKE" is written on the side of the devices in blue and yellow. They were sold in sets with other types of fireworks.
The products are two hard balls meant to produce a snapping or popping sound when hit together. Each package contains a pair of blaster balls that are about 1.25 inches in diameter and were sold in assorted colors. They were sold in a blister pack that measured about 6.75 inches by 5 inches, with a UPC number located on the back of package reading 3826959035.
The Nature's Bounty and Natural Wealth brand multivitamins have lot number 60835-06 written on the label. The recalled vitamins were sold in containers of 100 caplets. The containers are both clear with white caps. They are labeled "Nature's Bounty Multi-Day Multivitamin Plus Iron" or "Natural Wealth Daily Vitamin Plus Iron."
These silver Inprint™ safe-boxes are about 8 inches long, 6 inches wide and 12.5 inches high and have "INPRINT" written on the top of the safe. They have serial numbers 04470001 through 04470500 printed on the inside back panel near the battery tray.
The recall involves 10 "Pokédoll" plush toy characters including Pikachu, Minun, Plusle, Skitty, Evee, Munchlax, Mew, Ho-Oh, and Lugia. Pikachu comes in a 12-inch and a 6-inch tall version. All of the other characters are approximately 6 inches tall. They have a sewn-in label that reads: "Pokémon Center ©2005 Pokémon /Nintendo /Creatures/ GAME FREAK" on one side and "2005 MADE IN CHINA" on the other.
The recalled Duo Tandem strollers, manufactured between 1994 and 1999, have two seats, one seat in front and one seat in back. The strollers have a blue, white or green plastic and steel frame. They have four wheels in the front and two wheels in the rear. The cloth seats and tops have various colors and patterns. There is a label with the model and serial number on the stroller's frame. Only strollers with serial numbers and model numbers listed below are included in this recall. The cloth seat and top have various colors and patterns. The strollers have four wheels in the front and two wheels in the rear. These strollers were sold as a stand-alone stroller and also as part of a travel system that included an infant car seat/carrier and a base. The car seat/carrier is not affected. There is a label on the cross bar under the foot rest containing the model and serial number. Only strollers with serial numbers between 10012000 and 12312001 in the first 8 digits and the following model numbers are included in this recall. These 2003 Rolf Prima Vigor and Elan wheels were sold in a front and rear wheel set. Only the rear wheel is affected. "Rolf Prima Vigor" or "Rolf Prima Elan" are written on the wheel rim. The wheel models have serial numbers between 03926 and 06586. The serial number is located on the rim, under the yellow rim tape and is not visible from the outside of the wheel. The tire, tube and rim strip must be removed.
