This recall involves "It's a Girl Thing" metal necklaces, bracelets, and phone charms. The jewelry features a variety of charms including flowers, shoes, letters and butterflies. "It's a Girl Thing" is printed on the packaging along with the UPC numbers 633870018419 (bracelet), 633870018426 (necklace), and 633870018433 (phone charm).
The recalled Oh Chute Parachute with streamers is a firework item with a light blue cylinder with white clouds. The model name is printed in triplicate on the front of the tube and FOA #2085 is on the lower back of the tube. This item is sold separately or in a box of four.
The recall involves RadioShack 13.8V DC Power Supplies, catalog numbers 22-507 and 22-508 with date codes from 08A04 through 01A08. Date code format is MMAYY where MM is the month and YY is the year. The catalog number and date code are located on the back of the power supply. Power Supplies with a green dot on the product and the product's packaging have already been repaired and are not included in the recall.
This recall involves the SunRinglé Hollow Quick Release Devices for bicycles and includes models Hollow CroMo Front 100mm, Hollow CroMo Rear 130mm, and Hollow CroMo Rear 135mm. These devices have hollow skewers. They were sold individually or with SunRinglé front and rear wheels with model names Black Flag, Disc o Flea, Charger, STR8 Track, Accelerator R3.00C and Accelerator T3.0C. "Ringlé" is stamped on the lever. Quick release devices with a solid skewer are not included in this recall.
The remote line adapter is used to connect a paintball gun to a pressurized CO2 tank. The adapter is a black cylinder and is attached to a black remote line cord. "RAP4" and the "SN" (serial number) are printed on the adapters.

The recall involves two Taggies™ Sleep 'n Play style infant garments sold in purple or blue and white with style number listed in chart. The infant garments are one piece footed coveralls with snaps down the front. These garments were sold in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-9 months. RN #27829 is printed on the care label sewn into the garment. Style numbers are printed on the hangtag of the garments. The jackets were sold in the following colors: tan, stone, bayou blue, crisp blue, white, berry, and citrus. The hoodies were sold in teal, kiwi, mandarin, aloe green, paprika, hibiscus, smokey blue, white, sherbet, cobalt, and stone.
This recall involves the HP Fax 1010 and HP Fax 1010xi models manufactured from November 2002 through September 2004. The HP logo and the model name and number are printed on the front of the fax machine.
This recall involves electric and gasoline-powered Fleet RXV, Freedom RXV and RXV Shuttle 2+2 golf cars. The model names and the E-Z-GO logo are printed on the sides and front panel of all three vehicles. Serial numbers ranging from 9300001 to 9300188 and 5000000 to 5021328 are printed on a plate attached to the steering column, and the front and rear frames.
This recall involves the full size 2nd Nature Built to Grow cribs, model number 353-14-220. Model and serial numbers are located on the headboard. The crib is natural maple in color. Only the following serial numbers are included in the recall: 353-14-220-L-01, 353-14-220-L-02, 353-14-220-L-03, 353-14-220-L-04, 353-14-220-L-05, 353-14-220-L-06, 353-14-220-L-07, 353-14-220-L-08, 353-14-220-L-101, and 353-14-220-L-103. The recall does not include cribs sold after December 2007.
The "Thunder Wolf" remote-controlled indoor helicopter is made of foam and plastic, and measures about 7 inches by 3 inches. "TW0996" is printed on the tail of the helicopter and was sold in multiple accent colors. The helicopter comes with a controller and a separate charger. Only helicopters that do not have "Made in China" stamped on the underside of the helicopter are subject to the recall.
This recall involves model year 2008 Mongoose 50cc, 70cc and 90cc Youth ATVs. KYMCO is printed on a label located on the front of the vehicle, and the model name is printed on a label located on each side of the fuel tank.

This recall involves the "Crafters Square Hot Melt Mini Glue Gun" with product number "939701". The gun dispenses hot glue and is intended for craft projects. The glue gun is black with an orange trigger and measures approximately 4 1/2 inches from the back of the gun to the tip. It has a 44-inch electrical cord attached. "Crafters Square" and "939701" are located on the gun's packaging. "DS-010 Glue Gun" is written in raised letters on the handle of the gun.

"Trio-Lea" sandals are white or silver. They were sold in girls' sizes 5 through 12. Nordstrom is printed on the sandals.
